SCW TLC 2018

SCW cameras are outside as a limo pulls up. The door opens and Chris Desmond steps out, dressed in a dark grey suit, light grey silk shirt, hair pulled back, and looking calm and at ease. He steps aside and holds the door open. First Alzy Hawkshaw, dressed in light blue shirt and dark pants, looking extremely serious, followed by Sean Foster, dressed in jeans and nice dark blue shirt and he holds out a hand. A hand comes out and Emily Desmond steps out, lowers her sunglasses looking up at the stadium, then looks at Sean and nods. Sean sees the camera and whistles. Magically a mic appears, apparently out of thin air, and Sean holds it for Emily. She removes her sunglasses, carefully holding them, but she has a look of determination. Given she’s in two very intense matches this evening it’s understandable, but that’s not all that’s on her mind, and she looks at Sean, who moves to stand between her and Alzy, not because they are mad at each other, but instead they both have a few things on their minds.

Emily: You know tonight I have a chance to walk into the arena, in a match I picked, and make history by walking out the Alternative champion. Nearly 500 days, and I’ve taken on some of the best that have come through SCW and tonight is no different. I had the chance last show to take on Johnathan Mills in a tag match so with that knowledge and the videos I have found online and I’m ready for him but before I do that we will step in the ring with DEA and try to capture something that seems to keep slipping through our fingers. But DEA you sure had a lot to say a few days ago and you know, it’s taken us both time to cool off a bit so that you understand what we’re going to say.

Alzy: See you guys……must be living in a time warp because you made a great deal of accusations, said that WE said a lot of things and after we watched what we said, you had us both scratching our heads, wondering if the ….recreational side of your life was killing a few too many brain cells. First let’s start off with the fact Brian can’t seem to pronounce my name. It’s not Azly….its Alzy. Just like it sounds, it’s not that foreign of a name unless you suddenly forgot how to speak….and sound like you’re from this planet. So BriAN get it right. You start off talking about how I lost this match or that but um…..well that has what to do with the our tag match? I’m curious because I’m just not sure what the hell your malfunction is.

Emily: As for us bringing up the “freebird” rule you said you didn’t say a word about it. Did I say YOU said it? Ask dear old Jessica about it, she brought it up the last time when we faced her and Johnathan, talking about we seem to think we were the only ones who could use it and it’s how we are the only ones who can use it yada yada yada. Well as we said, we never claimed that. I didn’t know I had to get a presidential proclamation saying Hellfire of Chris and Emily Desmond broke up and Hellfire is now Emily Desmond and Alzy Hawkshaw. Next time I’ll make sure it’s a nice clear day and have a plane sky write it. I didn’t know we needed your f…..

Chris clears his throat as he’s sure Mr. Walker doesn’t want to test whether or not FCC rules apply when its live from London. Emily takes a deep breath but Alzy knows where she’s going with this.

Alzy: I didn’t know I needed the almighty word of Brian Kennedy to say “oh sure, you guys want to switch things up, let Chris step out of the ring on a more permanent basis and we’re going to team. I didn’t know that Jessica Tendonin needed to sign the contract.

Emily: She wasn’t the stupid one talking.

Alzy: You’d think she’d get a smarter partner.

Emily: Hell you didn’t ask us if we approved of Requiem taking time off and you chose a new member. Hell at least our team kept the same name. Your team name? Isn’t even the same! Empire won the tag titles…..and yet DEA is defending them. So just because your dumb ass is whining about what you said, you know Brian you seem to be forgetting you’re in a TEAM. This isn’t DEA is Brian Kennedy. DEA has TWO people in it. Put down the weed for a minute and focus dude. Let the cobwebs clear out. Hell we even wished Requiem the best of luck, hope it all works out, all that stuff. And guess what?

Alzy: We meant it! Requiem is a hell of a wrestler, and an upstanding guy. We get it, even in our business sometimes life takes a huge precedence over getting in that ring. We want things to go well and life turns out good for him and let him take all the time he needs. Somehow you assholes…..

Emily: Jessica isn’t the asshole.

Alzy: Very good point. My apologies Jessica, at least for the moment. Kennedy you are an asshole, and if you would have tried to pay attention you would have got that pretty clear. Kennedy, we had family who nearly had to promise their first born son, part water like it was the Red Sea, and more to get a chance for them to get a rematch, yes a bit on their terms. Their terms were that the rightful team defended. But Cam and Lynn didn’t say “Hey um….you know Cam and Brian were Feral Destruction and we’re now the Flying Burrito Brothers.”

Chris, who has been standing just behind Emily’s left shoulder actually laughs, and hopefully it’s not lost on all of SCW’s fans. Alzy calmly waits for Chris to regain his usual composure, then continues.

Alzy: I think you get my drift real clear. You shouldn’t have been allowed to blatantly get a new partner, but whatever. Tonight we’ll take you on, we’re not afraid of the match you have set up. Barefoot? Ok. Ladder? Was that supposed to be a challenge? Carpet tacks on the ladder? Ok that is a bit of….well more endurance of pain than anything. Thumb tacks? Again, those are supposed to be a challenge? And finally rubbing alcohol. Ok like the carpet tacks going to sting a bit. But for me? Don’t you realize that I live for shit like this? And we’ve been toughening up the feet as they’ll take some punishment.

Emily: Shall we talk about how “oh we’re training three days a week.” Was that supposed to be impressive? Because…..I’m not impressed. I would think that every DAY would have been better. I’ve always thought of Jessica as a top athlete, or is it that you couldn’t be bothered to go stay in Ohio with her so you could really prepare for this match. But nope, like you’re in some day cooking competition, you do three day weekends. And from what I hear from your inner circle, you’re really not spending as much time as you are trying to make us believe that you train. Really? A couple hours a day? Brian…..you expect that type of thing to help you?

Alzy nudges Emily and she looks at him.

Alzy: Didn’t you just love how he bitched about us mentioning the Ryders and yet he brings up our family?

Emily rolls her eyes, trying to keep stern but the smile that is forming.

Alzy: But then Kennedy, sounds like you’re still suffering from the ass kicking Brian gave you. But then you say you shouldn’t give us another chance, well don’t throw stones in a glass house. Meaning? Paige didn’t have to give you another chance. Think about how you would have one match, one that you’re likely to lose? But nope, dear Paige, the sweetheart she is, said she’d let you try again. We…..

Emily shakes her head no.

Alzy: Ok I’m the one who bet she beats you and leaves you a bloody mess, that is if whatever posse is out to kick your ass doesn’t interfere. Hell if they try, I’ll stop them. Why? Because I want Paige to teach you a lesson dumbass, that’s why. THEN I’ll let those good old boys do what they want.

Emily: Jessica, why didn’t you just let Kennedy keep digging his hole bigger. You know the one that Paige will bury his ass in. But nope, you just couldn’t that and …..it’s sad to see. You say we’re stuck in the past, well isn’t the past relevant? I mean Jessica seriously I looked and I didn’t utter the name FTWO at all. In both what I said to Johnathan and to the two of you. So I don’t get the whole us naming dropping and all that. But …

Alzy snaps his fingers, as if remembering something.

Alzy: I know! It was when we faced Jessica and Johnathan. Remember?

Emily looks at him, like she doesn’t have a clue. But then it dawns on her.

Emily: Oh yes. We were talking about Johnathan being called Firestorm. So we uttered it once in a year and that’s all the time. And it was relevant as hell. WE asked how he could pick that name. Wow. I’m……

Alzy: I know. And wasn’t it someone you faced who commented or asked…..how did it feel knowing that I once held the title? And that was how long ago they did ask? In fact…..

Emily: In fact, look who’s living in the past Kennedy. But Jessica you disappointed me. I would have thought that you would appreciate that I’ve been a champion that you would say that you were proud of. Which btw the way THIS…….I will never disrespect.

Emily holds up the SCW Alternative title and then puts it over her shoulder.

Emily: I have defended it. I have thought of match types I want, I write them down, and I have a list of them still. Hell tonight I face your buddy Johnathan and look what I did. I put weapons IN THE CAGE!! I’m handing him the weapons he needs to beat me! But I don’t plan on losing, and I plan on beating him to a pulp. He dared to cross my path, and I will prove that just because you two got a lucky win against us, he will NOT walk out with MY title. But see Jessica, unlike you, who had the North American title and decided to rename it the International title, I would never think of doing that with this title. I know its lineage, I know how far back it goes, beyond the SCW history if we’re to split hairs here, its FTWO history as well, and there have been some greats. But we’re on the verge of 500 days that I’ve held this title, and I’ve defended it against some of the greats out there, and I’m still standing. I think we could both agree that whoever does take it will be accomplishing a great feat, a feat that your buddy there couldn’t do. So he didn’t beat me, so far he’s been defeated by Paige twice, going on a third time.

Alzy: You guys say we whine, we always talk about FTWO, and …..did I miss anything?

Emily: Nope, not at all. But I’m done talking.

Emily nods at Alzy, slips her sunglasses back on, and heads in as does Alzy. Sean looks after them and looks at Chris, and Sean gulps. Chris steps up to him smiling.

Chris: I think….they’ve said what they needed to. Time for talking is over now, and it’s time to get in that ring and get some wins. Tonight will be a blood one, that’s for sure. Look at what is happening tonight. Jessica and Rich are in the tame matches tonight and that’s saying something. I hope the emergency rooms in England are up to par, I don’t want my stars catching some infection. And they’re right….Alzy and Emily. Time for talk is done, it’s time for some action.

Allie: Welcome to TLC, live from London!

Wayne: The card is absolutely insane tonight, but let’s get right into it!

Anne Carpenter: The following contest is for the SCW World Tag Team Championship! First from New York, accompanied by Chris Desmond, weighing at 415 pounds, the challengers, SCW Alternative champion Emily Desmond and Alzy Hawkshaw…..Hellfire!

Lights go out as “King Nothing” by Metallic comes up. Lights slowly come up at 30 seconds to show Alzy on one side, and Emily on the other, with Chris Desmond, dressed impeccably in a dark blue suit. Alzy and Emily are both wearing long black tights with flames of different shades of green and purple on them. Emily wears a solid green shirt and they both have black trench coats.

Alzy wears his hair down, like he normally does when wrestling, where Emily has hers in a ponytail. At 40 seconds they start making their way to the ring, ignoring the boos from the fans. As they reach the ring the circle round it once going different sides. If their opponents aren’t in the ring, at 1:14 they climb in. If their opponents are in the ring, they remove their jackets outside the ring and stare down their opponents before suddenly charging the ring at 1:40.

Allie Queen:This match, as we all know, was proposed by the champions themselves, and to be honest, I have to wonder if it was a smart decision. Brian Kennedy is taking on Paige Lewis tonight, in the main event for the SCW World Heavyweight Championship, and Jessica will be defending the SCW International Championship against newcomer Larissa.

Wayne Miller: Are you kidding? They know what they are doing! DEA is leaving with 3 championships tonight. I know Paige has been unstoppable so far, but I think tonight could be the night Brian Kennedy finally gets back on top of SCW!

Emily and Alzy slide into the ring. Looking around, the pair shook their head at the nonsense of a match they were being forced to take part in.

Allie Queen: And let’s not forget these insane stipulations!

Wayne Miller: There’s like five gallons on rubbing alcohol that is about to be just dumped everywhere!

Anne Carpenter: And their opponents, being accompanied to the ring by Lucius Tendonin, from Ohio, Brian Kennedy and the SCW International Heavyweight Champion, Jessica Tendonin, the SCW World Tag Team Champions…DEA!!!

The Red by Chevelle hit the PA system and a few seconds later, three members of the DEA walked out onto the stage. Brian Kennedy carried his half of the SCW World Tag Team Championship in his right hand. Jessica Tendonin wore both the SCW World Tag Team Championship and the SCW International Heavyweight Championship around her waist.

Allie Queen: A lot of people think tonight is Hellfire’s night, but others don’t think they can overcome the combination of a highly motivated Brian Kennedy and Jessica Tendonin.

Wayne Miller: Hell, if it was Hellfire versus Jessica in a handicap match, I couldn’t even give one side the advantage.

Lucius stayed on stage while Brian and Jessica began making their way to the ring. Jessica went up the steps first, and then held the ropes open for her partner, who then did the same. After posing for a moment, the four belts were handed to the referee, Jessica’s International title, Emily’s Alternative title, and the tag team titles. The referee then instructed both teams to remove their boots. As this was done, the alcohol was opened and dumped around the ring and in it.

Allie Queen: I expect they will regret this very soon.

Wayne Miller: I’d be surprised if this match doesn’t lead to some infections.

As everything was prepared, the two teams glared at each other. With the belts being raised above the ring, the match was ready to start. The bell rang and the two teams collided. Alzy and Brian met in the center and traded punches. Jessica took Emily down with a Lariat. Emily quickly got to her feet and grabbed Jessica by the hair, ramming her face first into the turnbuckle. Emily stepped on some thumbtacks and grunted in pain.

Allie Queen: That is already going to hurt, but when she steps in some of the alcohol? It’s gonna burn!

Wayne Miller: Psychological warfare. Jessica and Brian knew what they were doing when they set this match up.

Alzy took Brian down with a body slam, into a pile of thumbtacks. Brian groaned in pain as he was then dragged through a puddle of alcohol. Emily was on the verge of kicking a hole in Jessica’s midsection, having pulled her out of the corner. Jessica backed away and stepped on some thumbtacks. Emily charged at her, but Jessica threw a right hook, which Emily only JUST managed to avoid.

Allie Queen: Good reflexes there by Emily, dodging that hook.

Wayne Miller: Yeah, we know Jessica’s a pretty skilled boxer.

Brian was back on his feet and took a few punches to the body from Alzy before whipping the smaller man into the ropes. On the return trip, Alzy was picked up and driven into the mat with a huge Spinebuster. The thumbtacks under him broke his fall. Brian began stomping on Alzy, who grabbed a carpet strip, scrapping it on Brian’s leg. Brian staggered back, and Alzy got to his feet.

Allie Queen: So far this match is woman on woman and man on man, but I’m sure it won’t stay that way.

Wayne Miller: I have heard a rumor that Jessica has been looking to get Emily Desmond in some one on one action, to really get a closer look at who many are calling the future of the Alternative Division. This is her second time being in the ring with current champion, and still a tag team match.

Allie Queen: Yes, but we saw what happened then; Jessica and Johnathan, who hadn’t teamed together in years, came in and defeated Hellfire.

Wayne Miller: Now that I think about it…have Jessica and Brian actually teamed together before?

Jessica had Emily against the ropes, throwing punches into her body with impressive speed. Emily guarded her chin well and Jessica couldn’t find an opening. Unable to strike her from the sides, Jessica went for an uppercut, but Emily quickly lifted her chin out of the way. Jessica curved a left hook and caught Emily’s chin. Emily staggered back, very obviously dazed, but the lights were still on.

Allie Queen: Oh my god! How is she still standing! Even though Jessica is right handed, that left hook looked devastating.

Wayne Miller: I’ve gotta agree, although Jessica is ambidextrous, she clearly favors her right. Oh, there she goes again!

Jessica began firing away on Emily’s midsection again. Emily kept her guard up, but Jessica easily broke through it with a huge right that sent Emily to the mat. With Emily down, Jessica turned to Alzy, who had gained the advantage over Brian and was kicking him in the back. Jessica crouched, waiting for Alzy to turn around. The crowd popped as he did and Jessica ran across the ring. Alzy shoved Brian in front him, and it was too late for Jessica to stop.

Allie Queen: Not her own partner!!!

Brian hit the deck in the blink of an eye, and Jessica was jumping into the air, and managed to connect with the Spear. Alzy was standing near the ropes and nearly got cut in half as he and Jessica crashed to the outside.

Allie Queen: Holy crap!

Wayne Miller: THAT JUST HAPPENED!!!

The crowd roared with approval as Brian got to his feet and looked to his partner, who had landed in a pile of unfortunately placed thumb tacks, that were in a puddle of alcohol. Across the ring, Emily was stirring from the assault by Jessica, and Brian charged at her, avoiding the thumb tacks in his path. Emily countered with a Drop Toe Hold that sent Brian face first into a few carpet strips. Brian groaned in pain but Emily kept the assault up with an Elbow drop that landed on the back of his neck.

Allie Queen: This match is already insane, and it has only been going for a few minutes!

Wayne Miller: There is a lot of frustration both teams want to work out, and I’d say they are making pretty good time!

Outside the ring, Alzy and Jessica were trading punches. Alzy not only knew to protect his face, but he also had a reach similar to, if not better than, Jessica’s, and could force her in too close if she wanted a good strike. Alzy countered a Knee Strike and caught Jessica square on the chin with a right. Jessica reeled back, but when Alzy went in for the kill shot, Jessica weaved. Alzy hit her chin again, this time with his left. Jessica staggered backwards against the barricade.

Allie Queen: I didn’t know Alzy could box! He’s giving Jessica a run for her money!

Wayne Miller: Reach and technique. Jessica had reach on Emily, but not so much on Alzy. She’s taken two direct hits on her chin, though, and stayed vertical. I’m impressed.

Jessica was on the defensive as Alzy moved in and began smashing away at her midsection. Several times, he aimed for her face, but Jessica’s guard was like iron. Jessica ventured for a right of her own, but Alzy was already swinging a left hook. For the third time, Alzy hit her chin. Jessica dropped to her knees, dazed. Alzy punted her head, knocking her out.

Allie Queen: Jessica’s out! Alzy has just literally gone hand to hand with Jessica and came out on top!

Wayne Miller: Look how much it took, though!

Alzy slid into the ring and helped Emily plant Brian into a pile of thumbtacks. Emily rolled out of the ring and grabbed a ladder, sliding it into the ring. As she turned to pick up a bag of thumbtacks, she looked into the crowd, and stopped. It was Jessica. But Jessica was still knocked out 10 feet away from her where Alzy had put her down!

Allie Queen: Oh, I think Emily has just met one of Jessica’s doppelgangers!

Wayne Miller: Yeah, but which one!? We know there are three of them! I suppose we could rule out Ashley, as she’s barely able to walk.

As Emily looked back and forth between the two women, Brian nailed Alzy with the War Cry. Emily slid back into the ring, but was met with a huge Clothesline. She got back to her feet quickly, but Brian took her down again. Jessica slid into the ring as Emily got up dodged a third Clothesline. Jessica turned Emily around and took her down with Side Kick. Alzy was on his feet, and Jessica ducked under him and had him set up for the F5.

Allie Queen: Oh, This has been back and forth, but I think DEA has taken control yet again!

Wayne Miller: Wait, what is she doing?

Jessica hadn’t driven Alzy into the mat yet. Instead, she was signalling something to Brian. Her partner picked up Emily as Jessica crouched, still holding Alzy on her shoulders. Brian tossed Emily on top of Alzy.

Allie Queen: No, she can’t! That’s over 400 pounds!

Wayne Miller: Watch her!

Jessica pushed herself into a standing position and took several steps before saying something to Brian. Brian went for the ladder. Jessica slowly twisted, winding the motion up, before turning the other way quickly, and drilling Alzy and Emily into the mat.

Allie Queen: HOW!!!???

Wayne Miller: Ladies and Gentlemen, the Double T5!!!

Alzy caught most of it, and landed on thumbtacks. By the time Brian was climbing the ladder, Emily was back on her feet. Jessica was standing at the foot of the ladder, like a sentry, daring Emily or her partner to get past her. Emily charged at Jessica, but the Dragon caught her by the throat. The crowd popped at Jessica took Emily into the air and then slammed her to the mat. As Jessica got up, Alzy drove a knee into her back, and took her down with a Reverse DDT.

Allie Queen: Alzy has Jessica down, but Brian has one belt in hand already! He needs to remove both to win the match! This might be over!

Wayne Miller: Alzy isn’t even paying attention to Brian!

Jessica was back on her feet. Alzy threw a left that she parried before moving in with a right. Alzy parried the right from Jessica. The pair began boxing again. Jessica wasn’t protecting her chin. Alzy went for a massive left, and it landed just as the bell rang. Jessica collapsed to the mat, smiling.

Allie Queen: Alzy’s just knocked Jessica out again in this match, but Brian has just removed the second belt! This match is over!

Wayne Miller: My god! I told you, I freaking said it, DEA came in with a plan!

Anne Carpenter: Ladies and gentlemen, the winners of this match, representing the Dragon Empire Agents, and STILL the SCW World Tag Team Champions, Brian Kennedy and Jessica Tendonin!

Atop the ladder, Brian held both belts up. Emily and Alzy angrily rolled out of the ring. By the time Brian descended the ladder, Jessica was on one knee and an EMT was checking on her. The referee handed her the International Heavyweight Championship as she stood. She was a bit dizzy on her feet, but she held herself up.

Allie Queen: This match was not nearly as brutal as I thought it would be.

Wayne Miller: I agree. Wait, what’s that?

Hellfire had turned around on the ramp and were looking at DEA in the ring. Jessica was tapping her head, grinning.

Allie Queen: What is that supposed to mean?

Wayne Miller: I think we know what Jessica said to Brian a few minutes ago. She must have told him to get the belts no matter what, and that she’d hold them off! And dammit, she did it!

Jessica tapped the side of her jaw and leaned over the ropes as someone handed her a microphone.

Jessica Tendonin: It was bait! Did you really think you could knock me out twice!? This match? This was a courtesy. You were not owed it, in any way, shape, or form. Next time…you’re going to have to earn it! Now get the fuck out of my sight!

Hellfire looked like they’d heard enough and they started making their way back toward the ring. And then, they stopped. The ramp in front of them was suddenly filled by a dozen or so women. At the head of the group was the tall Swedish blonde, Candice Karicia Kingston. On her left and right were Jessica Wallace and Izzy Lopez, Jessica’s cousins, who looked just like their leader. In the ring, Jessica had her arms crossed, looking amused. Brian looked impressed.

Allie Queen: I think the wise thing to do here is to leave, for Hellfire. There is no way they are making it through Kingston alone, let alone that entire group, not after this insane match!

Wayne Miller: Yeah, that’s Jessica’s personal guard. Jessica is running her mouth, and could probably back it up, even now, but she’s got another match tonight! She needs to save it for Larissa!

Emily and Alzy looked at each other and back at Candice before retreating. The members of the Order turned to the ring and bowed before climbing back into the crowd and vanishing.

WINNERS: DEA
STILL SCW WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS
Curtis is seen backstage where he is standing in front of a camera with a mic in his hand.

Curtis: You know, I have been standing here thinking. Why don’t I assert myself more? Why am I just focusing on The DEA when there are other wrestlers in this company that just needs to learn their place when it comes to me and my guys.

He pauses for a moment.

Curtis:Rich Anderson I am talking about none other than you. You are just like Brian in so many ways that it isn’t funny and before your head can get much bigger let me inform you of something. I have talked to the Brass here in SCW and after tonight you’re looking at your next opponent.

He laughs.

Curtis:I’ll let that sink in.

He continues to laugh as the scene fades to black.

Anne Carpenter: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest will be contested as a Table match, and it is for the SCW North American Heavyweight Championship! Introducing first, from Houston, Texas, weighing in at three hundred and twenty eight pounds, he is the challenger…Priest!

Passive by A Perfect Circle hits the PA system. As Priest steps onto the stage, the crowd gives him a mixed reaction. Stopping in the middle of the ramp, Priest glares into the crowd with a sinister smile. As the opening guitar riffs start to kick in, the lights in the arena flicker on and off as flaming pyro’s go off. After a couple seconds, Priest twist his neck to crack his spine and heads down the ramp.

Once he gets to the ring, he removes his black sunglasses and taunts tossing them into the crowd, but doesn’t. He sees a child walks over to him, and acts like he’s going to give it to him. But instead of giving them to the child, he drops them to the floor and stomps on them. The challenger laughs now as he climbs into the ring.

Allie Queen: Priest is making his return to SCW, and Rich Anderson has his hands full with the two time Alternative Champion.

Wayne Miller: This match could be a huge boost for both of them, but at the end of the day, the goal for both should be leaving with the championship. Only way to do that, is put the other man through a table.

Anne Carpenter: And his opponent, from Dallas, Texas, weighing in at one hundred and sixty five pounds, he is the SCW North American Heavyweight Champion…Rich Anderson!

Big Gun by AC/DC hit the PA system and the crowd cheered. A few seconds later, the SCW North American Heavyweight Champion emerged onstage. He wore the belt around his waist, visible under his glowing jacket. As the crowd applauded, he began making his way to the ring, not taking his eyes off of Priest. Priest sneered in the ring.

Allie Queen: And Rich looks like he is ready for action!

Wayne Miller: Priest is twice Rich’s size, and will definitely use that to his advantage, but we can’t count Rich out so easily.

Sliding into the ring, Rich unstrapped the championship and walked right up to Priest, getting in his face. The referee managed to separate them for just long enough to ring the bell.

Allie Queen: And this one starts with a bang!

Wayne Miller: Rich is fired the hell up!

Rich was sending shots into Priest’s midsection left and right without pause. Priest kept his guard up, protecting his face. A moment later, Priest shoved Rich away and then charged at him, going for a Big Boot kick, but Rich caught his foot and countered with a Spinning Wheel Kick, taking the challenger down. The crowd cheered as Rich ran to the ropes, rebounded off and literally threw himself at Priest as he was getting up.

Allie Queen: Rich is taking out all of his frustration from the last several weeks, and I gotta say, I’m loving it!

Wayne Miller: Champion is really throwing himself into this fight!

As the tangle of bodies separated, Priest and Rich both got to their feet. Priest tossed a huge right that stunned Rich. The challenger went for another, but Rich ducked it, and slipped behind Priest, and then took him up and slammed him with a Back Suplex, shocking the fans in attendance.

Allie Queen: RICH ANDERSON MEANS BUSINESS!!!

Wayne Miller: I AM SHOCKED! SCW NORTH AMERICAN HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION IS REALLY TAKING IT TO THE CHALLENGER!

Priest rolled to one knee, blocked and kick, parried a right hand, and ducked a spinkick before getting back to a vertical base. Priest grabbed Rich by the tights and literally tossed him into a corner. Priest then ran into the corner like a freight train, slamming into Rich. The fans cheered as the action continued and Priest whipped Rich into the opposite corner. Priest then charged at Rich again, but Rich ducked out of the corner and onto the apron. Priest stopped himself, but Rich grabbed his head and then jumped off the apron, spiking the challenger over the ropes.

Allie Queen: The fans are completely shocked by how this is playing out, and I can’t say I blame them!

Wayne Miller: I think Rich is ready to introduce a table!

Indeed, Rich was sliding a table into the ring. Priest was on one knee favoring his neck with his back turned. Rich slid into the ring and picked the table up over his head before bringing it crashing down over Priest’s head.

Allie Queen: Oh my god! Priest might have a concussion after that!

Wayne Miller: That is a testament to the rage Rich has been feeling this past few weeks after Priest attacked him!

Priest groaned in pain as Rich picked up the table and leaned it against the turnbuckle. Rich turned to Priest now as the bigger man was getting up. Rich leaned on the ropes and launched himself at Priest for a Shoulder Block, but the challenger shrugged it off and Rich landed on the mat. Priest grabbed him by the hair, pulling him to his feet, and with seemingly no effort, Priest tossed Rich into the table in the corner and shattered it.

Allie Queen: Oh my god, is that it?! Is this match over?!

Wayne Miller: No, the table has to be set up! This ain’t over, but Rich is definitely going to be feeling that!

Rich was still reeling from the attack as Priest yanked him to his feet and then whipped him across the ring into the ropes. As Rich rebounded, Priest caught him up in a huge Spinebuster that almost looked as if it would break the champion in half. Priest got to his feet and began stomping away on the champion, not letting up on the assault.

Allie Queen: We are just minutes into this match, and it already looks as if it could be over at any second.

Wayne Miller: The pace of this match is not what I could have predicted!

Priest backed away and rolled out of the ring, going for a table. As he picked it up, he turned around in time to look up and see Rich flying over the top rope with a running moonsault. The crowd roared at Rich collided with Priest and the pair tumbled to the arena floor. The fans in the front row were leaning over the barricade trying to get a better view.

Allie Queen: Rich is throwing everything he’s got at Priest, including literally his own body.

Wayne Miller: Only thing missing is the kitchen sink!

Rich was first to his feet, but Priest got to one knee and wrapped a huge hand around Rich’s throat as he pulled himself to his feet. With seemingly superhuman strength, the challenger tossed the champion several feet away. The crowd roared at Priest advanced on Rich, who was already on one knee.

Allie Queen: I have to believe Mr. Walker is watching this backstage, keeping a close eye on the returning Priest and how Rich performs in his first defense of this new championship.

Wayne Miller: I think it’s safe to say Priest has awakened something in Rich, and it might not have been a good idea.

Priest was upon Rich now as the champion stood. Rich turned and the pair began trading punches. Priest, with more mass and a better reach, easily busted Rich open. Rich staggered backwards, and Priest began advancing on him again, when out of nowhere, Rich nailed him with a Superkick. The crowd snapped as Priest fell backwards.

Allie Queen: OH MY GOD! RICH HITS THE SUPERKICK!

Wayne Miller: No, that’s the Phack Off, dammit!!

Rich grabbed the nearest table and dragged it over to where Priest was. Taking a few seconds to catch his breath, Rich began setting the table up. When finished, however, his breather had cost him. He turned around and received a huge hand around his throat. Priest thrust Rich into the air, about to end it all.

Allie Queen: This is it! We’re gonna have a new champion!!!

Wayne Miller: No! Oh! It’s over!

Rich countered into a Hurricanrana, and swung priest forward, through the table while he rolled clear of the carnage. The bell rang over the applause as the referee handed the SCW North American Heavyweight Championship to Rich Anderson and raised his arm in victory. Big Gun by AC/DC began playing as the announcement was made.

Anne Carpenter: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner, and still the SCW North American Heavyweight Champion…Rich Anderson!

WINNER: RICH ANDERSON
STILL SCW NORTH AMERICAN HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION

Anne Carpenter: Ladies and gentlemen, this match is ….weapons in a cage. First weighing in at one hundred and fifty five pounds he is Johnathan “Firestorm” Mills!

“Storm” by Devin Townsend plays as Johnathan Mills makes his way to the ring. He has a burst of speed as he gets closer to the ring and he slides in, then climbs up the turnbuckle, listening to the crowd. Finally he hops down.

Anne Carpenter: And his opponent she is the SCW Alternative champion. Weighing in at one hundred, ninety five pounds from New York City, New York…..she is Emily Desmond!

Lights go out as song begins to play. Also smoke fills the ramp, lit by red and green lights. Emily Desmond appears, her dark hair pulled back in a loose ponytail and dressed with tights that are a mix of green and purple on black, a shirt that is either solid green or purple or green, and a black leather coat. She seems focus on the ring and crawls in, keeping an eye on Johnathan. The cage door shuts and the referee calls for the bell.

Allie: Now it’s time for a match that has people talking.

Wayne: Many are wondering if Johnathan has what it takes to defeat Emily and win the title.

Allie: She’s held the Alternative title nearly 500 days. That is an incredible feat.

Wayne: Until you take another look at who trained her. Cam had incredible staying power as a champion.

Johnathan takes off his shirt and throws it into the corner as he starts to walk towards Emily as the bell rings with no emotion on his face. Emily immediately goes on the offense by driving forward, aiming a vicious kick to Johnathan’s right knee. Johnathan drops down to one knee and Emily aims another kick at Johnathan, this to his face. But he grabs her leg and uses his rising momentum to trap her. He tries to lift her up but she is able to easily escape. However Johnathan does get hold of her and throws her across the ring with all his power. Immediately after doing so, he follows and with his momentum drives her face first into the cage. Emily slides down but Johnathan stays with her and pulls Emily to her feet and throws her into a turnbuckle with amazing power from him. She hits the corner and rebounds back towards him.

Allie: Johnathan is going on the offense early it seems. That is his true advantage here, he can burst out with amazing speed.

Johnathan attempts a quick spinebuster but as he’s beginning to lift, Emily launches a knee into his groin, breaking his hold on her. Johnathan holds his groin in pain, stunned. She capitalizes on the opportunity, running back and hit the ropes. She comes bounding off and gives Johnathan a vicious dropkick to the temple of Johnathan. The force of the shot moves him from the center of the ring to the ropes on the other side. Jonathan turns, using the ropes to hold himself up momentarily to regain his composure. Emily runs back, hitting the ropes again and rushes at Johnathan full speed. Emily leaps, driving Johnathan’s face into the cage with a shoulder block. He bounces off the cage and falls to the ground. Emily looks up at the cage and grabs a steel chair that has razor wire wrapped around it. She turns and gets ready to swing at Johnathan but he sees what she’s grabbed and he grabs hold of the ring ropes as Emily swings. But with nothing to connect with the momentum spins Emily in a circle and the chair bounces off the ropes and hits Emily in the face. The razor wire cuts her on the cheek, and she lowers the chair and wipes at her face. She sees the blood, and looks up at Johnathan, who has a smile on his face, loving how Emily’s idea backfired on her. Emily drops the chair and rushes at Johnathan, forcing him into the ropes. As he comes off them she grabs his head and drives it into the chair in the middle of the ring, cutting Johnathan on the forehead. He rolls over, wipes his forehead, and sees that he’s also bleeding now.

Allie: Wow! Did anyone expect this? Emily already has Johnathan bleeding.

Wayne: If this was a first blood match, Emily would have won, but unfortunately this only the beginning.

Emily comes from behind but a blind swinging clothesline by Johnathan connects and sends her down to the mat. He gets to his feet, blood running down his face. He begins to kick maniacally at Emily, shoving his boot into her ribs. Emily tries to defend herself, but the strength that Johnathan is able to get in his kicks breaks through Emily’s defense.

Wayne: Looks like Emily might be in trouble.

Johnathan suddenly stops, looking at Emily sadistically. He looks up at the cage and pulls down a baseball bat, the favorite weapon of Emily’s mom. He takes a swing but Emily is able to move slightly, but does get hit in the knee. Emily screams in pain as Johnathan swings again, and he goes for the knee again, but Emily kicks out and catches him with a kick from her other leg and into his knee. Johnathan drops the bat, but as Emily gets up Johnathan wraps his hand through Emily’s hair, bringing her to her feet. She punches him square in the jaw in return the moment she’s up to her feet. Johnathan yells with rage as he releases her hair, grabbing her by the throat and throws Emily into the cage. She bounces off and becomes entangled in the ropes.

Johnathan turns away, and begin to climb the nearest turnbuckle, ascending to the top of the cage. He gets to the top and glances down at Emily who is still struggling with the ropes. He grins, then decides to climb down the cage, dropping to the mat and pulls down a table  and he begins to set it up. As he does, the crowd begins to cheer extremely loudly. Johnathan assumes it’s for him, but they cheer for Emily, who has freed herself from the trap of ropes and is quickly scaling the cage hoping to jump and land on Johnathan, taking him out.

Allie: What in the hell is Emily doing?

Wayne: Ok now she’s taking risks that I’m not sure she should try.

Allie: Well Emily is becoming known for extreme and hardcore stuff….oh tell me she isn’t.

Emily gets to the top, watching Johnathan like a hawk. Johnathan finally gets the table set up and begins to walk in front of the table. Emily sees her moment, and jumps high into the air! Emily turns herself as Johnathan looks up to see her coming down. She connects with a HUGE cross body splash, sending them both through the table with a sickening smash, both competitors bouncing off the mat like rubber balls.

Wayne: Holy shit!!

They both lay motionless for a moment as EMT’s stand at the ready to assist either of them if needed. Johnathan is the first to come to his senses and he gets up, clearing out the cobwebs. Emily is still down and doesn’t seem to be moving any time soon. Johnathan climbs up the cage, and then down the outside of it and is looking for a weapon under the ring, one that is apparently not hanging in the ring. As he’s searching Emily comes to and sits up. She pushes loose hair out of her eyes and sees Johnathan outside the ring. Emily looks up and the climbs to the nearest turnbuckle and pulls herself up and then she starts climbing up the cage. She gets to the top and watches Johnathan, who seems to have found the weapon he wanted. He straightens up and realizes Emily is no longer lying in the ring. He looks up and Emily jumps, landing right on him and sends them both to the concrete. The EMT’s get closer and Emily rolls off Johnathan, holding one knee and in pain. Johnathan is slowly coming to and the EMT’s help him up, but he shakes them off. The EMT’s don’t even reach Emily, as she comes charging through the group, driving Johnathan into the security barrier. She starts laying into Johnathan with punch after punch. Johnathan glares, and manages to lift her up into a bear hug and runs into the corner of the cage, slamming Emily’s back to the metal. Johnathan doesn’t stop there as he grabs another chair with razor wire and slides it across Emily’s back, causing her back to tear open and bleed profusely. Johnathan then slams the chair down on her back and tosses the chair aside. He pulls Emily up by her hair. Johnathan gets her up and slams her down into the concrete floor with a solid thud.

Allie: I think I’m going to be sick to my stomach.

Wayne: I need to start drinking. Know anyone who might share?

Johnathan looks around for a moment, not realizing that Emily has grabbed a bat that she saw next to her and as he bends down towards her, Emily lets him have it. Johnathan tries to dodge but his legs are heavy from the abuse so the blow hits him full force in the stomach. As he drops down to his knees. Emily is rolling away getting herself to her knees. The bat comes down like a lumberjack splitting wood onto Johnathan’s back, the sickening thud hushes the entire crowd as Johnathan to the floor.

Allie: Than heaven, looks like Emily is finding her next wind.

Wayne: Yeah, with some help.

Allie: She needs all the help she can get!

Emily forces herself to her feet with the help of the bat. She wastes no time in setting Johnathan into a sharpshooter. The pain brings him back to consciousness as he yells out in agony. He claws at a garbage can lid and with determination he manages to get hold of it. Johnathan swings back, clocking Emily in the back of the head and breaking the hold. She stumbles forward and clings to the cage to keep herself on her feet. She looks back and sees that Johnathan is making his way to his feet so she begins to climb the cage.

Allie: I think Emily as the right idea. INSIDE the cage is probably her safest spot right now.

Emily is stopped suddenly as Johnathan grabs her foot and yanks her down off the cage. A hard push puts her into the security barrier and Johnathan is on her in one instant, lifting her up and setting her legs onto the barrier. He drops down, sending her headfirst into the concrete floor.

Wayne: Ouch! That will leave a mark.

He then nonchalantly grabs a chair and steps onto the apron of the ring where the cage door is located and kicks hard, sending the door flying on its hinges. Johnathan sits down in the chair that was once in the ring, just waiting for Emily to get back up. And get back up is just what she does, looking at Johnathan as she grabs the ladder, throwing it into the ring and grabbing the bat before she enters the cage.

Allie: People said this would be vicious, I think that’s an understatement.

Wayne: He’s stalking his prey, and she’s going to play right into his hands.

She goes for another swing but a quick kick to her gut hunches her over. Johnathan grabs the bat, yanking it from her grasp and throwing it aside. He picks Emily up for a suplex but she swings her body weight while in the air, causing Johnathan to lose control and she swings forward into a DDT right onto the leg of a ladder that came to rest in the middle of the ring. She cringes in pain at the damage the ladder causes her already tortured body. Johnathan twists away from the ladder with hands to his face, blood pouring through his fingers like a faucet that had been turn on as his face had connected with the ladder. Johnathan manages to make his way to the turnbuckle and uses it to keep his feet under him.

Meanwhile Emily begins to set up the ladder as Johnathan bends down and grabs his shirt from earlier, tearing a long strip and wrapping it around his head to keep the blood out of his eyes. He quickly sidesteps the flying dropkick that Emily tried to place off the ladder. Johnathan reaches down and picks Emily up by the neck and tosses her toward the ring ropes.

Allie: No!

Wayne: I’m going to need something pretty strong to drink.

As Johnathan walks over to Emily gets back up and they trade blow after blow in the middle of the ring. After receiving five hits to the face Johnathan goes for a clothesline but Emily ducks underneath it and hits the back of Johnathan’s legs with a dropkick. She quickly gets up and sees him teetering while getting up, holding the ropes to regain his footing and balance.

Allie: You know, amazingly Emily has managed to keep up with the speed of Johnathan. Did anyone expect her to?

Wayne: What do you mean? Emily’s proven she can stay in there.

Allie: Would you please pick a side.

Wayne: Meaning?

Allie: Who are you rooting for…….wait have you been betting on Emily or Johnathan?

Wayne: …..(dead silence)

Emily sees her opportunity and charges full blast, hitting Johnathan with a shoulder charge with such force that he breaks through the cage door and tumbles to the floor below in a heap of blood and metal. Emily sees him stir so she drags herself to the farthest turnbuckle and begins to slowly climb to the top of the cage once again, determined to end things once and for all.

Allie: Emily has lost her mind! This could end it for her!

Johnathan manages to get the broken piece of cage off him and sees that Emily is climbing, but instead of going after her directly he begins to climb the cage himself. They both reach the top of about the same time, both struggling to keep their balance from the height and loss of blood. Emily walks towards Johnathan and once again they begin to trade blows, both of them almost to the point of falling every time one of them swings.

Wayne: Ok, now they are both losing their minds. They fall from up there, we’ll need a shovel to pick up the pieces.

Johnathan takes a punch and quickly lunges towards Emily, once again clamping in a bear hug and she screams as he crushes the air out of her lungs. In desperation, Emily slams down with both of her fists into the face of Johnathan. Again and again she slams down until Johnathan begins to lose his grasp. In a suicidal decision Johnathan pushes away from the cage instead of letting o. They both tumble down, crashing through the announcer’s table as everybody scrambles to get out of the way.

Both Emily and Johnathan lay in a heap of wood and electronic equipment, blood pouring out of both of them. Johnathan coughs suddenly, splitting out blood as his body convulses to keep itself alive. He grabs Emily’s lifeless form and begins to slowly drag her towards the ring steps. Inching himself forward, he pulls her up to the steps and props her up, her head laying silently on one of the steps as her body sits limp next to the steps.

Dead silence from the commentators for a minute.

Johnathan staggers and tumbles to the ground, with grim determination he makes his way to the apron and pulls out a sledgehammer. He pulls himself up and makes his way back to the steps, dragging his left leg and the hammer behind him. Finally he positions himself, nobody daring to stop Johnathan in his insane plan. He heaves the sledgehammer over his head and prepares to swing for the fences.

Allie: No!

A strange look crosses Johnathan’s face as he looks down at Emily, so decimated by their match she lays there, only her shallow breathing convincing the world that she is still alive. Suddenly he yells and pulls back, the entire crowd gasping as he swings the sledgehammer with all his might.

Allie: Thank heaven, he missed.

Wayne: Yeah but will he miss again? I think he’s trying to scare her more than anything.

Allie: Or kill her.

Wayne: Mills wouldn’t do that.

Johnathan is ready to go for a third try…..but Emily has been playing him! While lying there she’s been getting her wits about her again and she lands a kick first to his knee and when he lowers the sledgehammer, she goes for the groin. Johnathan crumples to the ground. Emily looks to be going for a pin, then picks Johnathan up and hits him with a solid suplex onto the concrete floor. Johnathan seems to be knocked out, or at least not in his mind, and Emily grabs him by the feet and begins dragging Johnathan to the steps and INTO the cage. It takes a few minutes, and a few kicks to the stomach but she gets him in there. She pulls him up to his feet and throws him into the ropes, ready to nail him with a dropkick when he comes off the ropes….

But he knew what was going on and uses the ropes to stop his momentum! Emily drops to the canvas and realizes what has happened. She gets to her feet and looks around, seeing the chair with razor wire. She rushes at it, picks it up….and nails Johnathan across the chest with it as he charges at her! Johnathan falls back to the canvas and finally, for the first time in this match…..

1…..2….3!!
Allie: I don’t believe it. Emily’s done it!

Wayne: She’s still champion!

Anne Carpenter: Your winner and STILL SCW Alternative champion…..Emily Desmond!

Emily gets to her feet and falls back into the turnbuckle as the referee gets the belt and hands it to Emily. She gets up and raises it into the air. Johnathan is getting to his feet, disappointed that he couldn’t stop Emily’s reign. However showing there are no hard feelings (really? they just tried killing each other) he offers his hand to congratulate her. Emily cautiously extends her hand and he shakes it, and raises her arm. He lets go of her hand and applauds with the crowd. Johnathan gets to the cage door just as Chris Desmond, who was backstage (at Emily’s request) wants to climb in. Johnathan gets out and Chris climbs in, looking like the proud daddy as he goes up to his daughter and raises her hand. She hugs her dad with one arm while the other holds onto the Alternative title belt.

WINNER: EMILY DESMOND
STILL SCW ALTERNATIVE CHAMPION

Backstage, in the dressing room of Paige Lewis, Mr. Walker is on his folder, upset.

Mr. Walker: WHAT DO YOU MEAN NOBODY HAS SEEN HER IN TWO WEEKS!? WHERE THE HELL IS SHE?! SHE WAS SEEN LEAVING THE COUNTRY A WEEK AGO!!

After a few seconds, Mr. Walker spoke again.

Mr. Walker: Get me the-

He paused again. This time, it was a few minutes before he spoke again. He swore.

Mr. Walker: You’re telling me the CIA, the NSA, SIS AND the SAS cannot find this one woman!? This is insane! Where the hell could she be?

Another pause.

Mr. Walker: Very well, sir.

A moment later, Mr. Walker was putting his phone away. He looked around the dressing room, which was empty of person effects, then he turned to the camera.

Mr. Walker: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the SCW World Heavyweight Championship match will not be taking place tonight. As such, the SCW International Heavyweight Championship match is our new main event. I’ll hopefully have more information soon.

The scene faded back to Allie and Wayne.

Wayne Miller: What the hell is going on? Was he talking about PAige Lewis? Is she the one missing?

Allie Queen: I don’t know, but whoever it is, they’d better pray to every god they know of. CIA, NSA, SIS, and SAS can’t find you, and you are truly missing! It looks like our next match has just been upgraded top main event!

Wayne Miller: This one is going to be good.

Allie Queen: A lot of people are expecting this to be a totally one sided match. We’ve got the rookie Larissa, taking on Jessica Tendonin, arguably the biggest star in SCW…ever.

Wayne Miller: Stranger things have happened, so we’ll just have to wait and see!

Allie Queen: And it’s go time!

Anne Carpenter: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is the main event of the evening, and it is scheduled as a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match, and it is for the SCW International Heavyweight Championship! Introducing first, the challenger, from Shanghai, China…Larissa!

As the Chinese National Anthem began playing, Larissa came out on stage and stepped onto a pedestal. It began rotating slowly while she held her hands up in the air. After a few revolutions, it slowed to a stop and Larissa stepped off and began making her way to the ring. Coming down the ramp, she removed a compact mirror and began admiring herself. After climbing into the ring, Larissa put the mirror away and stood in the corner.

Wayne Miller: Larissa is about to compete in the biggest match of her career so far, and one can only imagine what is on her mind.

Allie Queen: Only one thing matters to her right now…winning.

Anne Carpenter: And her opponent, she is the reigning and defending SCW International Heavyweight Champion…hailing from Shaker Heights, Ohio, she weighed in at 191lbs this morning, she is the Paraguayan Sensation…please welcome…JESSICA TENDONIN!!

Imaginary (Synthesis Version) by Evanescence began playing through the arena audio system as the crowd exploded, getting excited to hear the classic theme.

“I Linger In The Doorway!”
Allie: Oh, we’re using this theme again!

Wayne: She used this theme on the night she ascended to the SCW World Heavyweight Championship! Will she retain tonight using this song?

After a few seconds, Jessica Tendonin walked out onto the stage, the SCW International Championship around her waist. She stood there for a moment, raising both arms above her head, posing for the fans who cheered her. Jessica then began walking down the ramp, slowly lowering her arms.

n5rj2Aw.jpg?1
Jessica reached the ring and stood for a moment, looking around at the arena. Basking in the cheers, Jessica smiled as she climbed into the ring. She walked to the nearest turnbuckle and climbed it, posing for the crowd. Jessica unhooked the belt from her waist and held it in the air.

JZh6ZZW.jpg?1
Jessica jumped down from the second rope, stretching in the corner.

Allie: Larissa and Jessica will fight to the end over the SCW International Heavyweight Champion, that Jessica has spent over a year polishing.

Wayne: The bookies have it ten thousand to one that Jessica leaves with the championship! I’m putting a hundred down on her! That’s…that is a million dollars when she wins! Holy shit!

The referee took the championship from Jessica and held it up in the air as the crowd cheered loudly. After a moment, the referee gestured for the hook to be lowered so he could put the belt on it. As the championship rose above the ring, the bell rang and the main event began.

Allie: And we are ready to get going here in this main event!

Wayne: I still want to know what happened, but Mr. Walker isn’t talking much about it.

Larissa and Jessica met in the center of the ring, and Jessica held her hand out. Larissa slapped it away. Jessica grinned as she swung the hand back, striking Larissa across the face and making her stagger back a bit.

Allie: Cheapshot from the Champion!

Wayne: Cheapshot my ass! That is the International Heavyweight Champion!!! She may do as she pleases!

Larissa dove at Jessica, but Jessica held up an elbow, and Larissa crashed into it at her temple. On her knees, Larissa struggled to get up, but Jessica grabbed her by the hair and drove her face first into the mat. Larissa lifted her head up from the mat, and Jessica put her foot on the back of the challengers head, and stomped, driving her into the mat again. Larissa didn’t move this time.

Allie: What the hell! Brutal!

Wayne: God damn, I think Larissa is knocked out!

Observing the unmoving Larissa for a moment, Jessica turned to crowd and bowed extravagantly with a wicked grin. Then, the International Champion went to a corner and climbed then sat on the turnbuckle. Elbows on her knees and face in her hands, the champion waited.

Allie: What the hell is she doing?

Wayne: I think she wants to drag this one out a bit.

After a couple of minutes, which Jessica spent making funny faces at the crowd, Larisa began moving again. Jessica hopped off the turnbuckle and stalked Larissa from behind. The challenger was bleeding as she got to her feet. Dazed, Larissa turned around to a Belly to Belly Suplex from Jessica, sending her flying across the ring.

Allie: Larissa is busted open, but Jessica is not letting up!

Wayne: Why the hell would she?! The SCW International Heavyweight Championship is on the line, and this is the new main event of TLC!

Larissa got to her feet just in time to take one of Jessica’s powerful knees in her midsection, making her double over. Jessica leaned on the ropes for momentum and went for a scissor kick, but Larissa shoved her backwards, sending the champion tumbling through the ropes to the outside.

Allie: This is the first bit of offense Larissa has gotten in for this whole match so far! She needs to keep it going if she wants to walk out as the new champion!

Wayne: I love a good underdog story, but think about what you’re saying! That’s Jessica freaking Tendonin! That’s Miss SCW herself! This rookie has no chance!

Larissa launched herself over the top rope, diving into Jessica, and both crashed to the floor. Larissa was on her feet first and she quickly grabbed a chair and slammed it over Jessica’s back. The champion groaned in pain, but Larissa hit her with the chair again and again until it was bent and useless. With the champion down, the challenger set up a table between the apron and the barricade.

Allie: Larissa taking control here, and working strategically.

Wayne: Strategically? She beat her with one chair!

Jessica was on one knee when Larissa turned to her. Jessica lunged but Larissa was ready and flipped her up and over, sending the champion crashing through the table. The crowd cheered in excitement as the first table of the match was smashed. Larissa picked Jessica and rammed her into a ringpost, dazing the champion. Another ram into the ringpost and Jessica was busted open.

Allie: Oh my god!

Wayne: Hold on! I’m getting word that Mr. Walker has just decreed that the winner of this match will face Paige Lewis for the SCW World Heavyweight Championship!

Allie: WHAT?!

Wayne: I swear that is what I’m being told! This just got higher stakes put on it!

Larissa and Jessica began trading fists. Jessica, taller, stronger, bigger, and with more reach, took control and easily punched Larissa against the apron. Larissa, instead of covering her face or blocking her chin, tried to block individual hits. Jessica, using her knowledge of boxing, used this to her advantage and after a flurry of punches to her opponents midsection, caught her chin with a heavy right. Larissa stiffened up as she fell to the floor.

Allie: Larissa is out! Jessica has knocked Larissa out for the second time in this match!

Wayne: I told you! Larissa really has her work cut out for her! At this point, she just better pray she doesn’t have to be taken out on a stretcher! Larissa is not leaving this arena with the SCW International Heavyweight Championship!

Jessica looked at Larissa, grinning before turning to move towards a ladder. Breaking it down and sliding the ladder into the ring, the champion rolled into the ring as well. Jessica pointed up at the championship and crowd roared. With a pleased nod, she set up the ladder under the championship.

Allie: Larissa is still out, and this match could be over in seconds!

Wayne: I’m telling you, Jessica has this in the bag.

Jessica began slowly climbing the ladder, taking her time. When she was halfway up, the ladder was knocked over by Larissa. The crowd roared as Jessica flew off the ladder and bounced off the top rope and flew out of the ring and into the front row seating area at ringside. The crowd began chanting Holy Shit as they crowded around where Jessica landed.

Allie: Larissa saves the match but holy shit!

Wayne: I have to believe Jessica could be seriously hurt after that!

Larissa rolled out of the ring and grabbed a chair. Jumping to the barricade, Larissa tossed the chair to where Jessica was before throwing herself at her opponent. A bloodcurdling scream came from the crowd. Larissa jumped to her feet looking pleased with herself. She then picked Jessica up and threw her over the barricade to the floor, and now the scream was understood.

Allie: OH MY GOD! THAT’S FUCKING TERRIBLE!!!

Wayne: THAT HAS TO HURT LIKE A BITCH!!!

Jessica’s left arm, halfway up the forearm, was not in the correct anatomic state. Her arm was broken. Larissa picked the champion up and rolled her into the ring before following her. Both women got to their feet, and Larissa went for a kick to the midsection, but Jessica parried with her knee, turning Larissa and then driving her right elbow into the small of her back.

Allie: How is she still going!? We need to get medical staff out here! This match is over! Jessica simply can’t continue!

Wayne: Oh no, Jessica won’t let anyone look at that til this match is over.

Larissa turned around groaning, and Jessica put her right hand around Larissa’s throat, and crowd popped.

Allie: Impossible!

Wayne: Jessica’s gonna go for the Chokeslam with one broken arm!

Larissa kicked Jessica in the gut, making her release the challenger. Jessica staggered backwards and Larissa charged at her. Jessica crouched and leaned into Larissa and then stood up with the challenger on her shoulders. With one good arm, she managed to nail the F5, sending Larissa to the mat.

Allie: WHAT THE HELL?! HOW!

Wayne: With a broken arm, Jessica Tendonin is still giving Larissa a hell of a contest! This needs to end fast, so that that broken arm can be properly set! That was an incredible T5, however!

With Larissa down, Jessica took a few seconds to catch her breath before moving for the ladder. There was a sense of urgency about her movement now, none of the cocky bravada from earlier in the match. Setting the ladder up quickly, Jessica wasted no time as she began climbing toward the SCW International Heavyweight Championship. The fans in the arena were screaming at the top of their lungs as she reached the top. Jessica took a few seconds to catch her breath. That was a mistake.

Allie: Larissa is up! Larissa is up!

Wayne: Grab the damn belt!!! End this now!

Larissa climbed the other side of the ladder with amazing speed. A struggle ensued at the top. Larissa with two good arms and Jessica with one good arm seemed even at first. And then, Larissa had Jessica set up in a Hammerlock.

Allie: The Shanghai Noon! She’s setting it up!

Wayne: Oh god, no! Not off the ladder!!!

Larissa drove Jessica into the mat below with the Hammerlock DDT. Jessica wasn’t moving. Larissa was back on her feet in seconds, and moving for the ladder. The arena erupted into a massive uproar of mixed reactions.

Allie: We’re going to have a new champion!

Wayne: I can’t believe what I’m seeing!

Larissa quickly climbed the ladder, and when she reached the top, Jessica still wasn’t moving. Larissa reached up and unhooked the SCW International Heavyweight Championship. The bell rang as the fans went into a frenzy. Larissa herself even looked shocked as she stared at the championship.

Allie: WE HAVE A NEW INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION!!!

Wayne: GOD DAMNIT!!!

Anne Carpenter: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this match, and the new SCW INTERNATIONAL HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION…LARISSA!!!

EMTs began flooding the ring to check on Jessica as Larissa climbed down the ladder. A pair attended to the new champion as she got on her knees to look at the belt, still not believing she’d done it. TLC went off the air with this image.

WINNER:LARISSA
NEW SCW INTERNATIONAL HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION

The SCW Commentary Team is shown now, Allie Queen and Wayne Miller.

Wayne: Tonight is the last stop before TLC, ladies and gentlemen, and I can’t wait!

Allie: I’ve just gotten word that Jacina missed her flight and will not be competing tonight! Our opening match has just become a one on one match!

*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*

The camera catches up as Emily Desmond is having a talk with her father just outside her locker room. She looks at it, then looks past it. Quickly Sean Foster appears in the picture, mic in hand.

Sean Foster: Emily we’re now weeks away from TLC and at TLC you defend the SCW Alternative title against one of your competitors tonight, Johnathan Mills. You’ve been known for having intense matches, will TLC be different?

Emily looks at Sean with a bit of amusement.

Emily: I’ve done ladder matches, no disqualifications, but at TLC I’m going to bring a different level of intensity to the title when I defend it in…..a cage match.

Sean looks at Emily, puzzled.

Emily: But not just any cage, this cage will have weapons in it!

Sean pales at this but keeps his composure.

Sean: Weapons?

Emily looks at Sean, a bit exasperated that he asked this question like he’s never heard of the idea.

Emily: Yes weapons in the cage, hanging from the sides. We’re talking ball bats, chairs, anything that can be used to attack your opponent. I chose this because I feel that Mills will be one of my tougher opponents and I want to make sure that when the bell rings and I’m declared the winner, that there Is NO doubt that I’m the greatest Alternative champion.

Sean is staring at Emily as if he’s seeing a new person. She certainly doesn’t act, or hasn’t acted this way at home.

Emily: Everyone has been wrong about me so far. I beat Priest for this title and I’ve taken on all comers, and Mills is the latest. I would think he could look and see who I’ve been up against and realize that I’m not some withering wall flower but I’m a true competitor, that I’m not afraid.

Sean: But…given the match you decided on, he could be the one that is victorious and then your reign ends.

Emily: Do you think I didn’t think of that? But I also don’t want Mills, or Paige, or whoever, to think I haven’t defended this title.

Sean: I doubt anyone has thought this.

Emily: Plus I hope that my reign as champion, that my abilities are no longer questioned and then I hope to get a shot at……

Emily looks at Sean to see if he can figure out what she’s going to say. He doesn’t say a word so she sighs and continues.

Emily: I know that Paige Lewis holds a title shot for my belt. Well two can play at that game…..I want a shot at the SCW World title. I think given my record I’ve more than earned it. Now if you’ll excuse me.

Chris opens Emily’s door to her locker room and she goes in, and Alzy can be heard saying “have you lost your mind?” The door closes and Sean looks at Chris Desmond, who adjusts his jacket.

Chris: People didn’t believe Emily could win, then every time she’s defended it they doubted she could keep it. I think wanting a shot at Paige…..was been well earned.

Chris goes in the locker room and the door closes as the camera goes back to ring side.

*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*

In the ring, Mr. Walker was standing at a table, holding a microphone. The crowd was popping with excitement as he gestured for them to calm down. After a moment, he began speaking.

Mr. Walker: Ladies and gentlemen, you know we usually do this later in the evening, but tonight is a bit different. At Overdrive 48, I made it official. Brian Kennedy will challenge Paige Lewis for the SCW World Heavyweight Championship! First, I’d like to have both of them come on out here now. Brian Kennedy!

Eulogy by Tool hit the PA system and a moment later, Brian Kennedy walked out onto the stage, carrying his half of the SCW World Tag Team Championship. He quickly made his way to the ring, where he shook hands with Mr. Walker. Holding the championship up, he posed drawing a response from the crowd.

Mr. Walker: And the premier of SCW, the SCW World Heavyweight Champion…PAIGE LEWIS!

Spotlight by Hot Tag Media Works rang out from the PA system and the crowd roared to life. After about 30 seconds, Paige Lewis walked out onto the stage, the SCW World Heavyweight Championship around her waist.

Allie Queen: And there is our champion! I can’t wait til we see what happens between these two at TLC!

Wayne Miller: I want to know what kind of match they’re competing in! Last year, Paige defended against Priest at TLC, in an extreme rules TLC match, and that match was easily a future classic!

Lewis began making her way down the ramp. Near the bottom, she pointed at a sign held up by a young girl that read “Paige vs Brian, 3-0!” Leaning over to hug the young girl and take a few pictures, the champion basked in the adoration of the fans before ascending to the apron.

Allie Queen: Paige Lewis always makes time to respond to her adoring fans.

With both competitors in the ring now, Mr. Walker raised his mic.

Mr. Walker: Alright, now that everyone is here, we’ve got some business to take care of. First of all, you are both great competitors, and regardless of what happens at TLC, you both have set a precedent in this company. Brian, I’m going to have you sign first.

With no hesitation, Brian Kennedy picked up his contract and signed his name. Dropping the clipboard on the table, he turned to Paige Lewis.

Mr. Walker: And your turn, champ.

Paige Lewis picked up the contract meant for her, and began signing it. Finishing, she picked up a microphone.

Paige Lewis: Mr. Walker, I have a proposition. I know you were planning on having me defend the championship against Brian Kennedy in a TLC match. But, I’ve done that already. I propose something…different.

Before Mr. Walker could respond, Brian Kennedy spoke up, having grabbed a mic of his own.

Brian Kennedy: You know what, you let her pick whatever match type she thinks she has a chance of beating me-

Paige Lewis: Done it twice.

Brian Kennedy: You won’t do it again!-

Mr. Walker: Well, since you both feel so strongly about it, I concede. Paige, how would you like to defend the championship?

Paige Lewis: People seem to overlook the fact that I’ve gotten hardcore a few times. I don’t care what I have to break, climb, bend, or rip. I do what I have to do. To that end, I have decided to defend the SCW World Heavyweight Championship in…the Ultimate Joke’s On You Match!

Mr. Walker: Alright, consider it done.

Brian Kennedy: Wait a minute, dammit! What the hell is a Ultimate Joke’s On You Match?!-

Paige Lewis: The match I’m going to beat you in at TLC.

Kennedy charged at Lewis, but before he got across the ring, the raggedy woman, Princess Kiya, slid into the ring, standing at Paige’s side. Kennedy looked as if he was still going to assault the champion, but Mr. Walker hustled him out of the ring as the crowd popped. The scene then cut to commercial.

Anne Carpenter: Ladies and gentlemen, the following non title contest is scheduled for one fall, and it is to determine the number one contender for the SCW International Heavyweight Championship! Introducing first, from San Diego, California, weighing in at 180lbs, she is The Wrath of the Desert…FURY!!!

The intro to “Zombie” hits as the fans stand in anticipation. A pyro shoots up from the entrance ramp as Vero walks out to the ramp with a scowl on her face. She begins her slow descent down the ramp with her still not acknowledging the crowd nor making any contact. Once she reaches the end of the entrance ramp, she looks at the crowd around her, surveying her surroundings before running towards the ring and sliding under the ropes.

She heads straight for the upper left turnbuckle and climbs it surveying the crowd without any taunt, like an animal stalking their prey. She then heads towards the opposite turnbuckle and does the same. She descends the top right turnbuckle and does stretches using the ropes as she waits for the bell to ring or for her opponent to arrive.

Allie Queen: As we saw a few minutes ago as we came on the air, Jacina missed her flight and has been removed from this match! This is now one on one, Fury vs Larissa!

Wayne Miller: The winner goes on the challenge Jessica for the SCW International Heavyweight Championship! Either of them facing Jessica and coming out on top would be one hell of a shocker! My money is on Fury taking it home tonight, and leaving TLC with SCW gold!

Anne Carpenter: And her opponent, from Shanghai, Larissa!

Allie Queen: Larissa chances have increased in this match, with Jacina being removed.

Wayne Miller: Nah, Fury is taking this one home!

The bell rang and the two women charged at each other. Fury took Larissa down with a Lariat, but both women got back to their feet quickly. Larissa sent a dropkick Fury’s way, but it was dodged. Larissa got up and took a kick to the gut. Fury then went for a kick to the head,, but Larissa dodged it and dropkicked Fury into the ropes.

Allie Queen: Good back and forth here in the very beginning. You have to wonder, who really wants it the most, though, and who will be able to capitalize.

Wayne Miller: Oh, I think…wait, what is she doing out here?!

On the stage, the SCW International Heavyweight Champion, Jessica Tendonin, had appeared, carrying the championship over her shoulder. The fans popped as she made her way down the ramp, stopping halfway. Larissa and Fury both turned to look her way briefly.

Allie Queen: Getting a closer look at her next challenger, I expect.

Wayne Miller: I hope that’s all. We know how she gets sometimes.

Larissa turned to Fury and took her down with a Snapmare, driving her head first into the mat. Larissa went for a knee drop, and Fury rolled out of the way. Larissa got back to her feet as Fury went for a clothesline. Larissa countered into an armbar. They were in the center of the ring, and Fury had nowhere to go. Amazingly, Fury broke out of the hold.

Allie Queen: I can’t believe it!

Wayne Miller: Fury using her immense strength to simply yank her arm out of the armbar!

Allie Queen: Right back into the frying pan! Larissa’s got the Hammerlock!

Larissa indeed was executing another move. One arm pulled around Fury’s back, Larissa hooked her head, and then drove her into the mat with a Hammerlock DDT, driving the crowd wild. Larissa quickly rolled into a cover.

1……………2……………3!!!
The bell rang as the crowd exploded, having not expected the sudden finish. The Chinese National Anthem began playing.

Wayne Miller: OH MY GOD!!! IT IS OVER! LARISSA HAS JUST KNOCKED OFF FURY!

Allie Queen: I CAN’T BELIEVE IT! THE FANS CAN’T BELIEVE IT! LARISSA CAN BELIEVE IT, BUT THIS JUST HAPPENED!

In the ring, Larissa is looking around, mouth open and eyes wide, still in shock.

Anne Carpenter: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner, and the new number one contender for the SCW International Heavyweight Championship…Larissa!

Jessica Tendonin made her way to the ring, applauding Larissa as she entered. Jessica was handed a microphone and Larissa’s music died down.

Jessica Tendonin: I’ve gotta say, I’m shocked. Here I’ve been preparing to face Fury again, and you’ve completely thrown a wrench into my preparation. Congratulations, Larissa. I’m looking forward to our match at TLC even more now.

Wayne Miller: I think this is going to be an interesting match.

Allie Queen: This night has started off with a huge upset.

Jessica looked around the arena before continuing.

Jessica Tendonin: Mr. Walker has given me carte blanche as it pertains to our match at TLC. And so…I’ve decided to go old school. Larissa, you and I will battle over this International Heavyweight Championship…in a TLC Match. Tables, Ladders, and Chairs, all fair game. Good luck, Larissa.

Allie Queen: TLC Match!

With that, Jessica exited the ring and walked up the ramp, the crowd cheering for her and Larissa.

WINNER: LARISSA
NUMBER ONE CONTENDER FOR SCW INTERNATIONAL HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP

*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*

Backstage, Brian Kennedy, Lucius Tendonin, and Jessica Tendonin are standing in front of the DEA logo. Brian and Lucius are holding the SCW World Tag Team Championships, while Jessica holds the SCW International Championship. Brian begins speaking.

Brian Kennedy: You know what…I’m getting tired of all the talking and whining. All this talk about what people deserve, or favoritism, and just overall bullshit from people who don’t know what the fuck they’re talking about. I think it’s amazing how the people who have the most to say, know the least about what they’re talking about.

Lucius Tendonin: The DEA has never ran or ducked a challenge, from anybody, ever. So, when we hear people flapping their gums with our name in their mouth, we take that shit personal.

Brian Kennedy: Call me crazy. Call me a glutton for punishment. Call me whatever. Just don’t call me or my crew cowards. Hellfire, you’ve been talking shit for months now, and it has finally gotten to me. You clowns talk a big game, but you’ve had multiple chances, and you failed each time.

Lucius shook his head before speaking.

Lucius Tendonin: But…the Dragon Empire Agents are, if nothing else, ready for anything and anyone. Can you say the same, Hellfire? Well, we’re going to find out soon. Because at TLC, we’re giving you clowns another chance. But…it won’t be in a match you’ve ever seen before. You see, we’ve concocted a special match for you. Tell them about it, Brian.

Brian Kennedy: We’re calling it the BLACT Match. Now, get your mind out of the gutter and ignore the similarity to the name of that porn company that makes interracial porn. This is gonna be all hardcore. Mind out of the gutter again.

Lucius Tendonin: I’m certain we could have gone about that differently, but oh well. Hellfire, you’ve run your mouth for too long. Now, it’s time to shut you up again. It’s going to be a rough match for all involved, but I guarantee DEA will come out on top. And how, you might ask, am I gonna do that? Well…if there is one thing that everyone should have learned by now since SCW reopened…there are three people here who have been damn near untouchable since the Reunion.

No, I’m not saying it’s us, the DEA. Well, not totally. Paige Lewis has been smoking everyone she comes across. My guy Brian Kennedy is gonna put her down at TLC, though. Then, there is you, Emily Desmond. You’ve done pretty good with that Alternative Championship, and are one of the three I’m talking about. Oh, but the third…I’ve had the pleasure of watching her perform for nearly two decades.

So, when I say I guarantee the DEA will successfully defend the SCW World Tag Team Championship…well…

Lucius smiled as he handed his tag team belt to his wife, and the redhead batted her eyes while kissing his cheek. Jessica smiled, turned back to the camera now. The three of them began to laugh as the scene faded.

*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*

Cassie Mason: Ladies and gentlemen, the following singles contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from parts unknown…the Masked Avenger!

The intro to Sucker Punch by Korn blasts over air waves as The Masked Avenger comes out on stage and then taunts the fans. They boo the Avenger as the being walks down to the ring and then rolls into the ring and runs over to the ropes and then taunts the crowd on the ropes then The Avenger jumps down from the ropes and then waits for his opponent.

Cassie Mason: And his opponent, hailing from Canton, Ohio, he is part of the SCW World Tag Team Champions, and the number one contender for the SCW World Heavyweight Championship…Brian Kennedy!

As the rhythm picks up after around a minute of music plays and the words start to work its way through the arena the lights cut out and a spot light shines at the top of the ramp. Brian is seen standing there with a smile, in his hand is a 20 lb sledge hammer.

He had alot to say.
He had alot of nothing to say.
(We’ll miss him. 2x)
He had alot to say.
He had alot of nothing to say.
(We’ll miss him. 2x)
(We’re gonna miss him. 2x)

So loooooong!

Fire shoots out from the stage. Smoke rises from the stage as he starts to walk toward the ring. He stops about Half way to the ring as he flexes in front of the camera kissing his sledge hammer. He smirks in to the camera yelling snide remarks.

We wish you well.
You told us how you weren’t afraid to die.
Well so looooooong.
Don’t cryyyyy.
Or feel too down.
Not all martyrs see divinity.
But at least you tried.

He climbs up the steps and turns toward the crowd and taunts them by flipping them off and girls scream his name. He stops and turns back towards the crowd and jumps over the top rope and stands in the middle of the ring, he looks around and drops the sledge hammer and flexes as the flashes flow through out the arena.

Standing above the crowd
he had a voice that was strong and loud.
(We’ll miss him. 2x)

Ranting and pointing his finger
at everything but his heart.
(We’ll miss him. 2x)
(We’re gonna miss him. 2x)

No wayyyyyy
to recall
what it was that you had said to me,
like I care at alll.
But he was sooo louuud.
You sure could yell.
You took a stand on every little thing
and soooo louuuuuuuuud.

You, could be, the one, who saves, me from, my own, existence.

He climbs all the turnbuckles yet again doing a pose with his arms spread out wide from each one as the music fades.

Allie Queen: Kennedy is really ahead of the 8 ball right now. He is two matches away from making history here in SCW.

Wayne Miller: Yeah, TLC is going to be amazing! I still don’t know what an Ultimate Joke’s On You Match is!

The bell rang and both men charged at each other. Masked Avenger dodged a clothesline, and grabbed Kennedy by the hair, yanking backwards and driving their opponent into the mat. Kennedy clutched his head in pain as he got to his feet, but was knocked down again as Masked Avenger took him down with a leg sweep.

Allie Queen: Wow, Masked Avenger with multiple takedowns early on in this match.

Wayne Miller: We still don’t know much about him or her as it stands, and you have to wonder how that will work against Kennedy.

Kennedy was quickly on his feet, and this time, when Masked Avenger went for a take down, Kennedy blocked the attack and shoved his opponent backwards. Masked Avenger charged forward, and Kennedy took them down with a huge elbow to the face that stunned Masked Avenger. As Kennedy advanced on Masked Avenger, suddenly, the lights went out.

Allie Queen: What the hell?!

Wayne Miller: Who is messing with the lights?! We’ve got a match going on, dammit!

Movement was heard in the ring, and a moment later, when the lights came back on, Kennedy was laid out and Masked Avenger was covering him for a pin attempt.

1……………2……………3!!!
Allie Queen: What the hell just happened here?

Wayne Miller: This shit has to stop! We can’t go one damn event with some shit happening to Kennedy now!

Cassie Mason: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner, Masked Avenger!

WINNER: MASKED AVENGER

Anne Carpenter: The following contest is the main event! First from New York, accompanied by Chris Desmond, weighing at 415 pounds, this is SCW Alternative champion Emily Desmond and Alzy Hawkshaw…..Hellfire!

Allie:Hellfire has been trying for some time to win the tag team titles. A few months ago Chris and Emily brought in Alzy.

Wayne: That hasn’t been going the way they hoped. Alzy has had ups and downs in SCW.

Emily and Alzy slide into the ring.

Anne Carpenter: And their opponents, the number one contender for the SCW Alternative Championship, and the current SCW International Heavyweight Champion, Johnathan Mills and Jessica Tendonin!

Party Monster by The Weeknd began playing through the arena audio system as the crowd exploded.

“I’m Good, I’m Good, I’m Great!”
After a few seconds, Jessica Tendonin walked out onto the stage, Johnathan Mills at her side, the SCW International Heavyweight Championship around her waist. She stood there for a moment, raising both arms above her head, posing for the fans who cheered her. Jessica then began walking down the ramp, slowly lowering her arms. Mills walked beside her, high fiving fans along the way.

n5rj2Aw.jpg?1
Jessica reached the ring and stood for a moment, looking around at the arena. Basking in the cheers, Jessica smiled as she climbed into the ring while Mills held the ropes open for her. Then, Jessica held the ropes open for Mills.. She walked to the nearest turnbuckle and climbed it, posing for the crowd. Jessica unhooked the belt from her waist and held it in the air.

JZh6ZZW.jpg?1
Jessica jumped down from the second rope, fistbumping Mills

Allie:These people are indeed ready to tear into each other. Emily and Alzy could get a huge win tonight. And think about it, we have a former Alternative champion, the current one, and the current challenger.

Wayne: And then there’s Alzy.

Each team debates who will start as the referee looks on. A few moments later, Johnathan and Emily step through the ropes as Jessica and Alzy step forward. The ref looks them over, arms outstretched to keep them apart. He then brings his arms together before signaling for the bell. Jessica and Alzy step forward to lock up. Even though Alzy might be the slightly bigger competitor they seem evenly matched. Alzy is able to power Jessica into a neutral corner. The referee orders the two to separate. Alzy backs off, hands in the air to signify compliance (something Jessica has been doing since being pushed into the corner). However before Jessica is back on her guard, Alzy slaps her across the face.

Allie:What the hell? What is Alzy doing?

Wayne: Signing his own death warrant.

Alzy back stepped to the middle of the ring, laughing arrogantly as Jessica raised a hand to her face slowly, amazed that Alzy had the gall to perform such a disrespectful action. However, after the shock dies down she smiles.

Allie:Why is Jessica smiling?

Jessica is still smiling slightly as she comes slowly out of the corner. Cautiously she raises her hands up, asking for another grapple. Alzy raises his arms as well, looking to oblige her. However Alzy lunges into Jessica’s stomach with a toe kick…but Jessica was looking for it and blocks it!

Jessica smirks at Alzy, who looks partly impressed, but mostly frustrated, that Jessica figured him out so quickly. Alzy hangs out helplessly until Jessica shoves his foot back down into the mat. Alzy then tries to sucker punch her while she’s not looking, but Jessica blocks this as well, ducking it and getting behind Alzy. Alzy whirls around, but is met with a big right hand from Jessica. Jessica connects with a second, then a third right hand, sending Alzy reeling into the ropes. Jessica comes after him and Irish whips him into the opposite corner. She then charges at the rebounding Alzy with a diving shoulder block. Alzy is knocked down and Jessica pops up, posing for the cheering crowd.

Wayne: Jessica is really handing it to Alzy.

Allie:It looks like she wants to end this quickly.

Jessica quickly moves to Alzy’s legs and picks them up, clearly going for a Sharpshooter. However Alzy resists and distracts Jessica long enough for Emily to storm into the ring and hit a clubbing blow to Jessica’s neck, knocking her down and freeing her partner. She then retreats quickly back to their corner and grabs the tag rope.

Allie:What the hell? What….why….

Wayne: I think we’re going to see Emily’s true colors come out tonight.

Allie: But what did Jessica ever do to her?

Wayne: Be liked more by the fans?

Alzy gets to his feet as Jessica crawls towards the ropes, intending to use them to help her stand. However Alzy sets up and hits a big kick to the ribs. This action is loudly denounced by the fans as Jessica is flipped over onto her back. It’s effective in that Jessica is now rolling slowly back and forth in the ring, unable to do anything more than groan and hold her stomach. Alzy smirks as he grabs Jessica by the ankle and drags her over to his corner. He then takes one hand off to tag in Emily. Alzy restrains Jessica while Emily comes in and stomps on Jessica’s chest and stomach. Emily makes a stomp to Jessica’s Ankle and leg as the ref gets Alzy out of the ring. This assault to Jessica’s legs continues with Emily place more stomps on Jessica’s ankles and thighs.

Allie: I….can’t….

Wayne: She’s not the perfect girl you thought her to be?

Allie: She’s trying to keep Jessica down. This isn’t like Emily.

Wayne: She is Chris Desmond’s daughter.

Emily eventually relents, posing for the crowd as they boo her. Emily shrugs this off however, as she turns back to Jessica as she gets to her knees. Emily winds back and plows into Jessica with a right hand that sends Jessica reeling. However she comes back with a right hand of her own, striking Emily squarely in the stomach. Emily raises an eyebrow, then strikes Jessica again as she is on one knee. Jessica is forced back, but is on both feet again as she comes back with a right hand to Emily’s face. Emily returns with a third blow, and Jessica reciprocates. The two exchange several more right hands, with neither giving any ground. The exchange appears to be moving in Jessica’s favor, but Emily quickly hits a high knee to stop Jessica’s momentum dead. Emily looks around, smirking to the crowd that disapproves of her so as she drags Jessica over to the corner and tags Alzy in. Emily then holds Jessica up with a weak full Nelson.

Allie:The only good thing I can say about Hellfire is they are working extremely well as a team.

Wayne: Indeed. This is a side of this team that has been needed.

Allie:But why do they have to do this to Jessica?

Wayne: We agree on that at least.

The camera cuts to Johnathan chomping at the bit to get into the match before showing Alzy hit a strong right hand on the defenseless Jessica, knocking her to her knees once more but Jessica hits a right hand, trying to fight back. But its obvious how well Hellfire’s strategy is working. Alzy hits a kick to Jessica, knocking her over, but Jessica seems to have heard Allie and Wayne as she popped right back up. She met a right hand but she returned it. Alzy hits a knife edge chop to Jessica’s chest, but she throws another right hand. Alzy hits another punch, but Jessica has gotten a second wind and starts throwing repeated right hands, eventually sending Alzy into the ropes.

Allie:Jessica is definitely ready to fight back.

Jessica Irish whips Alzy into the opposite ropes, then hits a standing dropkick on Alzy, knocking him off his feet. However this maneuver takes Jessica off her feet as well. She begins crawling over towards her corner, where Johnathan is stretching out as far as he can. Jessica is almost there. But Emily leaps into the ring, intending to intercept Jessica. Emily never makes it out of her corner, but her job is done, as Johnathan is tagged in while the referee’s back is turned. Johnathan storms into the ring to attack Alzy, but Emily retreats to her corner and ref sees Mills in the ring. Since he never saw the tag, he rules Mills back to his corner!

Allie:Oh come on! He’s the one tagged in!

Eventually Mills is subdued and wrestled back to his corner as Alzy gets up and smirks at the crowd. He then nails Jessica with another chest chop, sending her back stepping into a neutral corner. Alzy then raises Jessica up and sitting her on the top rope. He then follows after her, clearly intending to his a Frankensteiner. However Jessica fights back with some right hands to Alzy’s stomach.

Wayne: Here comes Jessica we know.

Allie, muttering: About time.

Alzy is reeling from the blows, but remains on the top rope, even after several punches to the face. Finally however Jessica hits Alzy with a mean head butt and knocks him down to the mat. Alzy stumbles back up relatively quickly, but is met with a top rope tornado DDT for her trouble, laying both wrestlers out on the mat, each in between the other and his/her tag team partner.

Allie:Jessica finally has Alzy down.

Wayne: She needs to get up like….now.

The camera is showing the two legal wrestlers lying on the mat, each trying to come to their senses. Jessica quickly begins her trek over to Mills as Alzy tries to get to his feet. As soon as he does, he sees Jessica get almost within reach of her partner, but Alzy quickly grabs her by the ankle, holding her back. The crowd groans as one, then boos.

Allie:Jessica was so close.

Alzy smirks at Jessica as she struggles to free herself. Suddenly Jessica plunges towards Mills in one last, desperate attempt to tag. Alzy pulls Jessica quickly, causing Jessica to get a faceful of mat. But her hand nicks Mills! Mills is legal and comes running in!

Wayne: Finally! The fresh man storms into the ring!

That Mills does, clotheslining Alzy quickly. Alzy pops back up, but is met with another clothesline. Suddenly Mills changes gears and charges towards Hellfire’s corner, and for good reason—he clotheslines the would be sneak attack right of out Emily’s mind. Mills turns back to Alzy, clotheslines him a third time, and then turns to the crowd, posing quickly and energetically as he gets the fans fired up. Mills turns to Alzy (who is starting to get slowly up to his feet), grabs him in an inverted waistlock as he turns around and throws Alzy in an overhead belly to belly suplex.

Allie:Mills is going to town here. He’s working over Alzy’s back now.

Alzy rolls around on the mat a bit, holding his back as he does so. Mills watches him carefully, then runs against the tops and hits a dropkick to Alzy just as his back is exposed. Alzy holds his back some more as he rolls out of the ring. The ref tries to get Mills to back up. But as the ref is distracted with Mills, Chris runs around the ring, looking to sneak attack Jessica. But Jessica has been keeping an eye on Chris and turns to face him. Chris backs up, his hands in the air like he was only checking on Alzy.

Allie:You know, Chris has been keeping his nose out of this match.

Wayne: Yeah usually by now he’s done something to help his team.

Alzy rolls back into the ring only to be met with a kick to the back. Mills picks Alzy up and drags him to the middle of the ring where he executed a picture perfect snap suples. He then turned around to Alzy’s upper body, sits him up, and executes a surfboard stretch, driving the knee into (and continuing the focus on) Alzy’s back.

Allie:Mills sure is doing a number on Alzy’s back.

Wayne: It’s a good strategy really. If you beat down on the back you ground the man and it very hard to wrestling in the high flying style.

Alzy is clearly in pain as the referee checks him, but he’s nowhere near submission, even as Mills wrenches harder on the back. Alzy appears subdued for a time, but he begins to get a second wind and begins inching his way to his feet. He gets to his knees first, then to one knee. Then just as he has regained his vertical base, Mills switches gears on him, grabbing him under a shoulder and hits a belly to back suplex.

Desmond is shown on the outside of the ring, trying to get the crowd behind Hellfire, but the boos him instead. Mean while Mills is picking up Alzy and whipping him into Jessica’s corner. He makes the tag to the refreshed Jessica, then brings Alzy out to the middle of the ropes, waiting for Jessica to come over and grab Alzy’s other arm. They then throw him into the opposite ropes and charge as one towards him, hitting him with a double spear that lands Alzy hard on his back, working it over even more. The ref then gets Mills out of the ring, but Jessica begins to get confident. Jessica smirks at the crowd, then picks Alzy up into a military press. She tosses Alzy up and sends him sailing to the mat, back first. He arches his back and cringes, but does not cry out in pain. A sharp breath is noticeable, but no screaming. Yet, anyway, as Jessica moves towards Alzy’s legs again, intending to try the sharpshooter aga9in. Alzy fails around, knowing that this will come to no good, but Jessica stands strong, hunched over and stance staggered to keep steady. Suddenly Alzy reaches up and grabs Jessica’s upper body and rolls her into an inside cradle. The referee gets down quickly to count the pinfall.

1……………2……………BREAK!!!
Jessica kicks Alzy off and pops right up to her feet, while Alzy gets to his feet more slowly.

Allie:That was near fall of the match.

Wayne: I think Alzy took her by surprise…she wasn’t expecting a quick roll up in the midst of all that failing around.

‘Apparently not as Jessica was looking at Alzy with a most perplexed and amazed expression. This didn’t last long however as her gaze became angry and she charged at the battered Alzy. Alzy then ducks and hits a drop toe hold on her before hopping over to her upper body and grabbing her in a side headlocks. Jessica quickly gets to her feet from this headlock, backs against the ropes, and pushes Alzy against the opposite ropes. Alzy comes back and runs into a tilt a whirl that might have been an improvised set up for ….Paraguayan Imprint. But Alzy rolled through (after hooking Jessica’s head with his legs) and hits a big spinning head scissor. Alzy gets up at around the same time Jessica gets up to her feet, and he hits a spinning back kick on Jessica, causing her to stop and bend over slightly. Alzy then reaches up, grabs Jessica’s head, and snap mares her over onto the ground. He quickly pops up, then back down with a standing leg drop across Jessica’s throat. He then twists around into the bout’s second pinfall.

1……………2……………KICKOUT!!!
Wayne: Another near fall from Alzy!

Alzy gets to his feet, but it is clear that he is winded from that quick combo. However he’s in a better state than Jessica, who is struggling to get back to her feet. Soon she figures it’s better to crawl over to Mills and tag him in. Alzy intercepts her, grabbing her and dragging her back to the center of the ring. He then picks up one leg, grapevines it with his legs, and sits down in a leg lock.

Allie:It looks like Alzy is trying soften Jessica up for Emily’s finisher.

Alzy pulls and wrenches at Jessica’s leg, causing her to scream in pain. However she does not submit. Eventually Mills gets fed up and rushes into the ring, kicking Alzy off. However Emily comes in to intercept Mills, which results in a brawl in the ring as the referee loses control. Alzy gets up and attacks Mills from behind, resulting in a double team on Mills while Jessica recovers. Emily and Alzy beat down on Mills and eventually double clothesline him out of the ring. They then turn their attention to the ref, who is trying to get Emily out of the ring (but to no avail). Emily grabs Jessica from behind as Alzy moves to a corner and begins climbing it from inside the ring. Emily then jumps from behind, takes her knees, and drives them into Jessica’s back as she pulls her back in a lung blower, holding her there as Alzy reaches the top rope. Alzy then jumps off in a moonsault, hitting Jessica squarely with it and enhancing the damage because of Emily’s back cracker.

Allie:Wow…that’s a double-team maneuver to be proud of.

Emily smirks and rolls out of the ring to attack Mills as Alzy hooks a leg and covers Jessica.

Wayne: This could be over right here!

1……………2……………BREAK!!!
The referee is grabbed by the ankle and pulled outside the ring. Mills looks like he’s having a few words for the referee about how Jessica is being treated when Chris charges, looking to get a sneak attack on Mills. Instead the referee is pushed into the barricade, knocking him clear out. Suddenly as if all four competitors have a sixth sense as to when the ref is knocked out, they all get more sinister looks on their faces (some more than others). Jessica stumbles to her feet as Alzy smirks and rolls out of the ring and towards the announce table. Meanwhile Emily and Mills are brawling on the outside, exchanging right hands on the foot of the ramp.

Allie:Oh my…this match has just lost all order!

Wayne: You know what time it is, don’t you Allie?

Allie:What time is it?

Wayne: Its time for the blood to be spilled.

As Wayne sways this, Alzy takes a steel chair from the timekeeper and slides it into the ring (and him after it). Mills then Irish whips Emily into the steel steps, slamming into them hard, shoulder first. In the ring Alzy picks up the steel chair and raises it high about his head, having evil intentions with it. However Jessica springs into him with a superkick, causing him to drop the chair as he falls to the mat. Jessica then picks it up herself. On the outside, Emily is getting as Mills stalks behind her. Emily stands up and Mills grabs her in a waist lock before throwing her over his shoulder with a German suplex, sending Emily’s back and neck into the hard, stiff floor. Back inside the ring Jessica bangs the chair down on the mat as she waits for Alzy to stumble back to his feet. Alzy gets to his feet, staggers around a bit, then turns groggily around into a vicious chair shot from Jessica.

Allie:That was a chair shot and a half from Jessica!

Jessica just smirks down at the prone figure of Alzy, who appears to have a slight laceration in his forehead.

Wayne: Look blood!

Allie:You’re weird.

Emily is struggling to her feet as Allie says this, but Mills grabs her head and slams it into the ring apron. Emily recoils, leaning against the ring but Mills grabs her and whips her into the ring post face first. Mills grins as Chris starts towards, then stops thinking it’s not a smart idea while keeping an eye on the ref. However he seems even frailer than most as he is still not stirring.

Allie: Damnit we need a new referee out here.

Emily crawls over to the barrier and tries to pull herself up as Mills stalks over to her. Mills slams her head into the barricade, causing Emily to stumble back into the ring apron. The camera shows that Emily is now bleeding from the forehead as well. The scene then cuts to in the ring, where Jessica has picked up Alzy and deposited him in the corner with Alzy’s back to the ring. Jessica then puts the chair down on the mat a few strides away from Alzy before going over to him and grabbing his head as if to snap mare him. She then runs forward onto the turnbuckles, pushing off of them into the air and turning to fall into the steel chair, driving Alzy’s already bleeding face into it.

Wayne: Oh that won’t feet good in the morning.

Mills goes to hit Emily in the face, but Emily blocks and punches Mills, fighting back. She hits a second, then a third. She then Irish whips Mills shoulder first into a set of steel steps of her own. She glances over at the prone figure of the ref (who is being watched closely for signs of life by Chris), then digs under the ring for something.

Allie:This can’t be good.

Wayne: What is Emily doing?

As they ponder what Emily is searching for, Jessica picks up the lifeless form of Alzy up and picks him up as if for a fallaway slam, positioning herself near the chair. She then seems to be trying to his the Paraguayan Imprint onto the chair. But Alzy springs to life and reverses into an Aero Cutter onto the chair! Now both legal wrestlers are down for the count. On the outside Emily finds what she was searching for…a spike!

Allie:What the hell is she going to do with that?

Wayne: I feel like we’re seeing an even darker, more deranged Emily than ever here.

Emily grins sadistically at Mills as he begins to stand up. She then goes over to Mills and hits him with a left hand (she’s holding the spike with her right hand). Mills reels, leaning back over the steels steps. Emily hits a left hander knife edge chop, sending Mills leaning once more. However when Mills returns to his upright position this time, his forehead meets the point of that spike Emily jams into his forehead. The whole crowd boos (and cringes) at this.

Allie:Oh my god! Now Johnathan is bleeding, for sure…and probably profusely!

Sure enough the camera shows Johnathan Mills bleeding from his forehead, drops trickling down his face even faster before he collapses down to the floor. Emily, who is not exactly clean faced, grins evilly, Chris Desmond wants in on this and grabs a chair then seeing Emily has things under control backs off, putting the chair down. Emily gives her dad a look that says she has it. Emily starts to go back to Mills but he feels a presence behind her. She turns around and sees the referee begin to stir. Nodding slightly to herself through her crimson mask, she hides her spike back under the mat.

As the referred begins crawling slowly into the ring, Mills has got back to his feet. Emily had gone over to her dad to talk to him, and Mills sneaks up and when Emily turns around Mills land a solid right hand. Chris pushes Mills back, ready to get in on the action but the referee is yelling at him to not do it. Chris backs off but not happy about it. The referee turns back to the ring and goes towards the two prone figures in the ring and try to moderate this violet situation. The two figures of Jessica and Alzy began struggling to find their vertical bases. Alzy is the first to find it, and he uses this advantage to raise a hand to his face to see if he is bleeding. Jessica is up shortly thereafter and conducts the same test (finding the same results). The two of them look at each other through the blood and smirk evilly at each other. Suddenly Jessica springs up and forward with a superkick!

Allie:Jessica is going to take Alzy’s head off!

But Alzy ducks it! He then grabs Jessica for an Aero Cutter. However Jessica pushes Alzy around, sending him sailing into the ropes. On his way back Jessica hits a big powerslam! The ref crawls over to where Jessica has covered Alzy and makes a slow count.

1……………2……………KICKOUT!!!
Allie:How did he kick out of that?

Wayne: I don’t know but what is Jessica going to do?

Jessica staggers up to her feet then yells at Alzy through her bloody facemask “Get up!”. Alzy seems to listen, as he begins stirring and pulling himself up using the ropes. He holds on to the ropes, even after getting to both feet. Tentatively he legs go and turns around, right into a modified sidewalk slam position. Jessica quickly twirls Alzy around, hitting the move perfect despite the fatigue that must surely be racking her body. She quickly falls onto Alzy, unable to hook a leg.

1……………2……………3!!!
Emily had tried to get to the ring to break the cover, but Johnathan grabbed her leg, pulling her away.

Anne: Here are your winners…..Jessica Tendonin and Johnathan Mills!

As Mills and Tendonin got to their feet, Mills pulled Jessica into an excited hug, and kissed her on the lips. A shocked rustle went through the arena, and then, a few seconds later, Carry Me by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds hit the PA system. The audience popped as Jessica’s husband, Lucius, ran down the ramp. Sliding into the ring, he said “Not again, Mills!” but was hardly heard. The scene looked volatile until the trio left the ring together a moment later.

WINNERS: JESSICA TENDONIN AND JOHNATHAN MILLS

*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*

Big Gun by AC/DC hit the PA system and the crowd cheered. A few seconds later, the SCW North American Heavyweight Champion emerged onstage. He wore the belt around his waist, visible under his glowing jacket. As the crowd applauded, he began making his way to the ring. Sliding into the ring, he caught a mic that was tossed to him and signaled for his music to be cut.

Rich Anderson: I know we’re about to go off the air here, but I’m about to freaking pop! I can’t take it anymore. I demand that whoever attacked me several weeks ago come out here and explain themselves!

Allie Queen: We still don’t have any idea who is responsible! Maybe we’ll get some answers here!

Wayne Miller: He accused Jessica Tendonin a few weeks, but she swore she wasn’t behind it. Wait, what the?

The Titantron came to life with text on it.

SCW North American Heavyweight Championship…Defend it…against me!
Allie Queen: What…?

Wayne Miller: Oh, don’t fall for it, Rich…you don’t know who it is! It could be anyone!

Rich Anderson: Stop this nonsense and come ask me face to face!

The words on the Titantron changed.

Accept my challenge, and I will reveal myself…
Rich Anderson: NO! YOU COME OUT HERE RIGHT NOW!

Accept my challenge.
Allie Queen: My gosh, who is it?!

Wayne Miller: Wait a minute! No way! I am getting reports from my backstage people and they claim they saw P-

The crowd was cheering in excitement and suspense, waiting to see what would happen. Rich then swore.

Rich Anderson: GOD DAMMIT! I ACCEPT! I ACCEPT, OKAY?! NOW BRING YOUR ASS OUT HERE RIGHT NOW, DAMMIT! SHOW ME WHO YOU ARE SO I CAN PUT YOUR ASS THROUGH A TABLE AT TLC!

Wayne Miller: No! Don’t do it, Rich! It’s him! He’s back!

Passive by A Perfect Circle began playing over the PA system, and the crowd snapped into an uproar of excitement as they remembered the music. Fog filled the stage area and the lights went out, to be replaced by white and blue spotlights over the stage. A large figure then appeared in the fog, and the fans reached up trying to touch him.

Allie Queen: WAIT A MINUTE!!! IS THAT-

Wayne Miller: IT IS! IT’S HIM! DAMMIT, HE’S BACK!!!

The fog began thinning and after a moment, the figure was clearly seen. A man who hadn’t been seen in SCW in nearly a year. Former SCW Alternative Champion, Priest, stood on the stage, a wide grin on his face as he stared down to the ring at Rich Anderson who was still looking angry.

Allie Queen: PRIEST HAS RETURNED TO SCW!!!

Wayne Miller: AND HE’S GOING TO TLC TO CHALLENGE FOR THE SCW NORTH AMERICAN HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP!

Allie Queen: MY GOD, NOBODY SAW THIS COMING!!!

Wayne Miller: TLC IS GOING TO BE INSANE! THAT’S ALL THE TIME WE HAVE TONIGHT, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! SEE YOU IN LONDON AT THE WEMBLEY STADIUM!!!

The feed faded to the SCW logo, and then to nothing.

Wayne: Live from the Prudential Center, this is Overdrive 47! And we’ve got an awesome show tonight!

Allie: Paige Lewis in action for the first time since defeating Alzy Hawkshaw at Spring Meltdown, over three months ago!

Wayne: And against the Wrath of the Desert, Fury!

Allie: And in the main event, we have Brian Kennedy facing Jonathan Mills, who debuted here in SCW with a shot at the SCW Alternative Championship!

Wayne: Wait, we’ve got someone coming out now!

Rich Anderson: So, here we are, in Newark, New Jersey for SCW Overdrive 48. SCW Physicians have told me I should be at home, resting up. But I can’t do that. No. I want to know who had the gall to attack me from behind a few weeks ago. So, which one of you cowards in the back was it? Come on out, and face me, face to face!

The crowd rustles, but the stage remains empty.

Allie Queen: The way it should be, face to face!

Wayne Miller: Rich not taking this lying down, and I respect it.

Rich Anderson: It figures, you can attack me from behind, but can face me straight up. I’ve done a bit of research, and I have an idea of who it was. This person has a pending shot at this championship. Perhaps instead of waiting their turn, they wanted to take me out, so that this championship would be held up. Jessica Tendonin! Come out here and tell me to my face why you attacked me from behind at Overdrive 47!

The crowd popped with shock at the accusation.

Allie Queen: What is he talking about?! Jessica Tendonin isn’t even scheduled to be here tonight.

Wayne Miller: She does have a pending shot at the belt, though. Makes you wonder. I’ve gotta say, calling out the International Heavyweight Champion takes balls, though!

Rich Anderson: It figures, you stay back there like a cowa-

Party Monster by The Weeknd began playing through the arena audio system as the crowd exploded..

“I’m Good, I’m Good, I’m Great!”
After a few seconds, Jessica Tendonin walked out onto the stage, the SCW International Heavyweight Championship around her waist. She stood there for a moment, raising both arms above her head, posing for the fans who cheered her. Jessica then began walking down the ramp, slowly lowering her arms.

Jessica jumped down from the second rope, and turned to Rich Anderson as her music died down. Someone handed her a mic.

Jessica Tendonin: Rich Anderson…SCW North American Champion. First of all, I don’t think I formally congratulated you on your win. Congratulations.

Rich Anderson: Thank you!

Jessica looked at Rich sharply before continuing.

Jessica Tendonin: Now, let’s get down to bidness. While it’s true that I have a shot at that championship, you’re forgetting something very important.

Rich Anderson: And what would that be?

The North American Champion took a step toward the International Champion.

Allie Queen: Rich looks ready to go here, and if these two start going at it, I don’t think even Mr. Walker could pull them apart.

Wayne Miller: Man’s gotta do what he’s gotta do!

Jessica Tendonin: I have been, the SCW World Heavyweight Champion, International Heavyweight Champion, North American Heavyweight Champion, and the SCW Alternative Champion. They call me the most decorated woman in this company’s history, that’s an understatement. The fact is, I’m the most decorated person in this company period, male or female. The the nearest competitor is my husband, with three championship reigns. I have held every singles championship in this company.

If I wanted to kick your ass, I wouldn’t need to attack you from behind. If I wanted your championship right now, I would not need to attack you from behind. I did not attack you a few weeks ago. In fact, I wasn’t even in the building. I was at home with my family. So, I don’t appreciate this accusation.

Rich Anderson: And what if I say I don’t believe you?

Jessica stepped closer to Rich, and looked down at him, right in the eyes.

Jessica Tendonin: Then, I’d say I really don’t give a flying-

“Fuck Being On Some Chill Shit!”
0 to 100 by Drake hit the PA system and the crowd popped. A moment later, Terel Walker came out on stage, holding a mic. He wore a dark blue suit with a gray tie as he looked around the arena. Then, he began walking down the ramp. Reaching the ring, he climbed in quickly and signaled for his music to be cut.

Mr. Walker: Okay, okay, okay. Let’s slow this all down. First off, let’s get some breathing room; both of you, take a few steps back, close your eyes, and take a deep breath. Alright? Yeah….woosa…

The pair of champions looked at each other, and then at the man who signs their paychecks and stepped back.

Mr. Walker: Alright. So, first things first. Welcome to the show, both of you. Haven’t seen you two in months. As for this attack on Rich Anderson, Mr. Anderson, have you got any proof of who attacked you, be it Jessica or anyone else?

Rich Anderson: No, I don’t, but-

Mr. Walker held up a hand.

Mr. Walker: Then, I can’t have you harassing people. We have a philosophy in this country. Innocent until proven guilty. I’ll have to insist that this accusation against the International Heavyweight Champion be rescinded until such a time that proof to the contrary arises.

The pair locked eyes for a moment. Then, Rich nodded.

Rich Anderson: I’m sorry, Jessica. But don’t get too excited, because if I find any evidence-

Mr. Walker: You will bring it directly to me, and I will deal with the guilty party accordingly.

Rich Anderson: Yeah…whatever…

Allie Queen: Mr. Walker putting his foot down, and Rich doesn’t look happy about it.

Wayne Miller: This ain’t the hill to die on.

With that, the SCW North American Heavyweight Champion dropped his mic and rolled out of the ring, walked up the ramp, and went back stage. Mr. Walker turned to Jessica.

Mr. Walker: Jessica.

Jessica Tendonin: Terel.

Mr. Walker raised an eyebrow at the International Heavyweight Champion.

Allie Queen: Calling the boss by his first name. Brave!

Wayne Miller: These two go back like a punch.

Mr. Walker: Bring your wrestling gear next show.

The crowd roared now with excitement.

Allie Queen: Jessica Tendonin in action at Overdrive 49!

Wayne Miller: But against who?!

Jessica began laughing as she dropped her microphone and exited the ring. The laughing continued up the ramp. In the ring, Mr. Walker began laughing as well as the scene went to commercial.

Anne Carpenter: Ladies and gentlemen, our opening bout of the evening is scheduled for a single fall. Introducing first, from London, Ontario, Canada, he is the No Limits Phenomenon, Alzy Hawkshaw!

Raining Blood by Slayer plays as the lights start flashing red. Alzy Hawkshaw walks out onto the stage, and paused before making his way to the ring.

Allie Queen: Alzy Hawkshaw takes on SCW newcomer Larissa tonight, and he’s definitely going to be looking for a win, after being bested by Brian Kennedy at the last show.

Wayne Miller: Brian Kennedy was given a challenge by Mr. Walker to impress him, if he wanted a shot at Paige Lewis and the gold. Beating Alzy Hawkshaw was impressive. Tonight, he has another chance to impress the boss.

Alzy circled the ring as his music died down.

Anne Carpenter: And his opponent, from Shanghai, Larissa!

Larissa came out on stage and stepped onto a pedestal. It began rotating slowly while she held her hands up in the air. After a few revolutions, it slowed to a stop and Larissa stepped off and began making her way to the ring. Coming down the ramp, she removed a compact mirror and began admiring herself.

Allie Queen: Larissa seems to be a big fan of Larissa.

Wayne Miller: She’d better get serious quick. Once that bell rings, Alzy means business! We’re talking about the man who took Paige Lewis to the absolute limit back at Spring Meltdown. So many times, it seems like he had her finished!

The bell rang and the pair met in the center. Alzy threw the first punch, catching Larissa off guard. She staggered backwards, and then ducked a clothesline.

Allie Queen: Alzy fires the first shot, and it connects! Oh, and a miss!

Wayne Miller: And the legsweep.

Larissa had taken Alzy down with a Leg Sweep, but the Canadian quickly rolled back to his knees. Alzy then dodged a kick, and stood up. Grabbing Larissa by the hair, he yanked her backwards, sending her to the mat. Alzy followed up with an elbow drop, but Larissa rolled out of the way.

Allie Queen: We talked about matches these two have been involved in recently, but who knows what the future holds. We know Hellfire is still angling for a shot at the Tag Team Championship. Where would you say Larissa has her sights set?

Wayne Miller: Hard to say as we’ve only recently met her. Maybe she has her sights set on the Alternative Championship. Perhaps the International Championship. It’s really up in the air right now.

Both wrestlers were back on their feet now, and Larissa caught Alzy in the midsection with a kick. A kick to the side of the head sent Alzy to the mat, where Larissa tried to apply an armbar, but Alzy broke it up.

Allie Queen: Early submission attempt from Larissa, but Alzy easily fights it off.

Wayne Miller: Alzy doesn’t look happy about that armbar!

Larissa got to her feet and when Alzy was standing, he took her down with a Clothesline. Alzy the dropped to his knees and rolled Larissa up.

Allie Queen: Pin by Alzy!

Wayne Miller: Wait! He’s holding her tights! Ref doesn’t see it!

The referee got down on the mat and began counting.

1……………2……………3!!!
Allie Queen: It’s over, Alzy Hawkshaw steal a win here tonight!

Wayne Miller: The ref didn’t see him holding onto her tights, the count is official!

As Alzy slid out of the ring, Larissa argued with the referee, trying to tell him that Alzy was holding her tights. The referee kept pointing to his three held up fingers.

Anne Carpenter: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this match, Alzy Hawkshaw!

Alzy sneered as he walked backwards up the ramp.

WINNER: ALZY HAWKSHAW
Backstage, Jenna Carson is standing by with one of SCW’s newest signees, Miranda Jones.

Jenna: Miranda Jones, thank you for joining me here. At Overdrive 47, you picked up a win over Larissa, starting off here in SCW with a win. You’re not booking to compete tonight, but there are surely lots looking forward to your next match.

Miranda: It was exciting to compete in my first SCW match. Toppling Larissa in my first match was exciting. This is all just…exciting!

Jenna: As we just saw, Larissa has just fallen to Alzy Hawkshaw. There was a possibility that you may have been booked against her again tonight, but Mr. Walker put Alzy in action instead. How would you have felt about facing her again?

Miranda paused for a moment before replying.

Miranda: If that was how it happened, I think it would have been interesting to face her again. See what we could learn from each other this time. Who knows, I may have come up short.

Jenna: What are your goals here in SCW?

Miranda: I want to earn myself a shot at the North American Heavyweight Championship. I will work hard to earn it, though. I don’t want it handed to me. I know it will be hard work, and I’m prepared for that.

Before Miranda could continue, SCW Hall of Famer, and SCW International Heavyweight Champion, Jessica Tendonin walked into the frame, the championship over her shoulder.

Jessica: Miranda…nice to see you again.

Jenna: Wait…you two know each other?

Miranda: Jessica and I both worked for EWC at the same time.

Jessica: I saw your match at the last Overdrive. You’ve been training, I see. Congratulations on your first win.

Miranda: Why thank you, ma’am!

Jenna: Miranda, I guess I don’t need to introduce you two, then. Jessica is an SCW Legend, and has won every singles championship in SCW.

Jessica: I’m also tag team champion by association.

The three women laughed for a moment.

Jessica: I believe I heard you say you were looking to get after the North American Heavyweight Championship?

Miranda: Yes, eventually.

Jessica: I have no doubt you’ll earn a shot eventually. Hard work pays off around here, and is rewarded. If you ever want to spar, or even meet for coffee, call me.

Miranda: I will!

Jessica tousled Miranda’s hair with a smile before walking away. Miranda giggled briefly.

Jenna: Allie, Wayne, back to you!

Anne Carpenter: Ladies and gentlemen, the following non title contest is scheduled for one fall!

Allie Queen: Fury missed a step a few weeks back, but in a strange turn of events, she’s taking on the SCW World Heavyweight Champion here tonight!

Wayne Miller: Can you imagine what happens if Fury manages to knock off the World Heavyweight Champion? Only one person has ever done it!

The crowd began rustling excitedly. Anna lifted her microphone.

Anne Carpenter: And her opponent…standing five feet and eight inches tall, weighing one hundred and fifty five pounds, she is a former SCW North American Champion, the only two time world champion in SCW history, hailing from London, England, the Black Princess of London…she is the SCW World Heavyweight Champion, the Dragon Slayer…PAIGE LEWIS!

The crowd exploded as Spotlight by Hot Tag – Media Works hit the PA system. After about ten seconds, Lewis walked out onto the stage, not wearing her signature greatcoat. The SCW World Heavyweight Championship was around her waist as she beamed to the crowd. Lewis turned her back to the ring, swaying her hips a bit before spinning on her heel to face the ring. The woman continued down the ramp.

Allie Queen: The Champion has her work cut out for her, as she takes on Veronica Rodriguez.

Wayne Miller: This match is set to be main event caliber, I tell you. A bonafide legend in the industry taking on a future Hall of Famer.

Halfway down the ramp, Paige stopped and looked on either side of the ramp. A young girl was holding up a sign that said “Hug Me, Paige!” The champion smiled, seeing this and walked over to her, and hugged the girl, making her turn red. The crowd popped as Paige made her way to the ring, and began walking up the steps.

Allie Queen: Paige and her fans have a unique connection. There seems to always be an exchange of affection.

Wayne Miller: Well, she did kinda show up out of nowhere, and shoot to the top. And the people love her.

In the ring, Paige stood in the center of the ring and danced a bit to her music, moving her head, hips, and clapping her hands. The referee was checking Fury for weapons as Paige’s music died down, and then came over to check the champion.

Allie Queen: I don’t envy the referee in this encounter.

Wayne Miller: We’ve seen a vicious streak out of Paige as of late, but we know Fury is a bit twisted as well.

The bell rang and the pair of women stared at each other for a second before charging at each other. Both stood five foot eight inches, but Fury had almost thirty pounds on the champion. Whereas Fury charged all the way to the center of the ring, Paige literally threw herself at Fury, taking her down.

Allie Queen: The Champion gets the first take down!

Wayne Miller: Off the cuff moves like that will keep any opponent on their toes.

Paige was back on her feet first, but Fury was not far behind. Paige took an elbow strike to the face, staggering her backwards. Fury then tackled the champion to the mat and began slamming her head into the mat until the referee got to a count of 4.

Allie Queen: Fury knows that getting disqualified here is not the way to go.

Wayne Miller: Obviously, the power and experience edge go to Fury, but we’ve seen Paige overcome amazing odds in the past.

Paige got to her feet and Fury charged at her, going for a Clothesline, but Paige countered, hooking her outstretched arm with her own, and then catching Fury’s other arm with her legs for a Crucifix takedown.

Allie Queen: Nice crucifix by the champion!

Wayne Miller: Everchanging repertoire of moves by Paige will make her a truly versatile champion for some time to come.

Paige got to her feet quickly and grabbed Fury by the hair, yanking her up. Paige jumped up vertically, and landed on Fury’s shoulders, and leaned backwards, going for a Hurricanranna, but Fury kept her footing.

Allie Queen: Fury with a counter there, and this is not the position Paige wants to be in.

Wayne Miller: No, it’s not and – oh shit!

In the ring, Fury drove Paige head first into the mat, and held onto her, and repeated the action a second time, followed by a third. The crowd roared with disapproval as Fury released Paige. Fury went to apron as the dazed champion struggled to her hands and knees. Fury launched herself to the top rope, and then into the ring. Fury nailed Paige with perfect precision, driving her face into the mat, busting her open.

Allie Queen: Fury is really taking it to champion! Paige has been busted open by Fury.

Fury picked the dazed Paige up, and shoved her head between her thighs. Fury then picked Paige up in the Powerbomb position, and drove her downward, sticking her knee out, and sending Paige into it.

Allie Queen: That’s hard to watch. My god.

Wayne Miller: Ladies and gentlemen, if you’re just joining us, what you’re seeing, along with us here in the arena, is something that we’ve never seen before. Paige Lewis is being completely and methodically taken apart by Fury!

Fury rolled Paige onto her back and covered her.

1………2………KICKOUT!!!
The crowd popped as Paige kicked out, but Fury stayed on the attack. The veteran dragged the champion across the ring to a corner, and began stomping her upper body. The referee began his count and Fury backed off at 4 again. Fury yanked Paige up out of the corner and whipped her across the ring. Paige tripped and fell to the mat, halfway across the ring.

Allie Queen: Fury is absolutely decimating our World Heavyweight Champion!

Wayne Miller: If you’re backstage watching this, you’re thinking to yourself, Fury has arrived in SCW, and even Paige Lewis is having trouble.

Allie Queen: If fury is beating Paige Lewis down like this, what chance does anyone else stand against her?

Wayne Miller: I can think of a very select few who wouldn’t be in this position against Fury right now.

Fury stalked Paige from behind as the champion struggled to get to her hands and knees. When she got to her feet a moment later, Fury grabbed her head from behind and drove her downward to the mat.

Allie Queen: WRATH OF THE DESERT!

Wayne Miller: Paige Lewis’ perfect record for 2018 is in danger right now!

Fury quickly hooked Paige’s leg and pinned her. The referee hit the deck and began counting.

1……………2……………KICKOUT!!!
The audience roared with excitement as the referee held up two fingers.

Allie Queen: SHE KICKED OUT! PAIGE LEWIS KICKED OUT!

Wayne Miller: Calm down before you have a heart attack!

Fury stood up, and pulled Paige to her knees. Then, Paige reached up and grabbed Fury’s hair, yanking the veteran onto her shoulders. Then, Paige took Fury to the mat with a Fireman Carry Takedown, and floated over her to hook her leg for a pin. The crowd cheered as the referee began counting.

Allie Queen: Paige is about to steal one!

Wayne Miller: There’s the count!

1……………2……………KICKOUT!!!
Allie Queen: Fury kicks out!

Wayne Miller: This was a mere heartbeat from being over, ladies and gentlemen!

Allie Queen: Split second reactions like that are what have made Paige Lewis so versatile. But Fury has still put a beating on the champion here, this match is still very much in her favor!

Paige got to her feet, and was a bit shaky, but she pulled Fury up to her feet and then ducked behind her. Paige wrapped her arms around Fury and went for a German Suplex. Fury locked her legs around Paige’s legs and blocked the move. Paige released Fury, and when she turned around, Paige took her down with a Dropkick.

Wayne Miller: Paige was setting Fury up, but the larger, more experienced woman was able to easily block the German Suplex.

Allie Queen: And it’s good for her that she was able to. We’ve seen Paige do amazing things after a few German Suplex.

Both women are on their feet now. Fury swings. Paige parries. Paige moves in with a kick. Fursy sidestepped her. Paige turned around and took a punch to the face. Paige staggered backwards and and Fury charged at her. Paige dodged and rammed Fury into the ring post.

Wayne Miller: Paige is trying to mount a stable comeback.

Allie Queen: Imagine if these two were going at it for the World Heavyweight Championship?

As Fury staggered out of the corner, Paige moved in and caught her around the middle. This time, Fury couldn’t block the German Suplex. As Fury slammed into the mat, Paige rolled into a corner and stopped in a crouched position. The crowd popped, knowing what was coming next.

Wayne Miller: Paige is in position, and if Fury doesn’t see this coming, it could be the beginning of the end!

Allie Queen: Win or lose, Fury has sent a very clear message to the rest of the locker room! “I can hang with the World Heavyweight Champion!”

Fury got to her feet, back turned to Paige. When Fury turned, Paige shot out of the corner like a cannonball, and collided with fury in the center of the ring. The arena shook as the fans cheered for the World Heavyweight Champion.

Wayne Miller: SPEAR! PAIGE CAUGHT FURY WITH A SPEAR!

Allie Queen: SHE’S GOING UPSTAIRS NOW!

Indeed, Paige was gingerly climbing the turnbuckle. At the top, she gauged the distance before jumping. The Shooting Star Press was a work of art as the Londoner soared through the air. The crowd cheered, sensing the end was near. Paige slammed into the mat as Fury rolled out of the way.

Wayne Miller: At the last damn second!

Allie Queen: Ladies and gentlemen, this was almost over, right there!

Fury crawled over to Paige, and within a few seconds, had her locked up in the Koji Clutch. Paige began struggling, but Fury had it locked in.

Wayne Miller: KOJI CLUTCH!

Allie Queen: And it’s applied masterfully! There is no escape!

Fury had the hold locked in, but Paige was fighting to get out of it. Paige used her legs to leverage herself and rolled over. She was still not close enough to the ropes for a break, and was on her back.

Wayne Miller: That Koji clutch is tighter than a pigs anus! She’d better get to the ropes!

Allie Queen: How the fuck do you know how tight a pigs asshole is?!

Wayne Miller: My cousin grew up on a farm!

Allie Queen: Oh my God, stop talking!

Paige lifted her hips, managing to roll Fury back enough to get both shoulders on the mat. The referee couldn’t see it yet.

Allie Queen: I think Paige is trying to leverage herself into a cover! Smart thinking! Fury will be forced to either be pinned or release the hold!

Finally, the referee saw what was happening and began counting.

1……………2……………KICKOUT!!!
The crowd popped as Fury released the hold and got her shoulder up just before the three count.

Wayne Miller: Paige Lewis forces Fury to release the Koji Clutch!

Allie Queen: What innovation! I have to believe we were seconds away fro Fury putting Paige down for the count!

Fury was back on his feet first. She stalked Paige, and then charged at her when she got up. Paige sidestepped the charging Fury, and when the latter turned, Paige hit her with a Super Kick. Paige quickly covered Fury.

Allie Queen: The British Power! Paige nailed the British Power!

1……………2……………KICKOUT!!!
A roar of excited went up from the crowd as the match continued after Fury kicked out.

Wayne Miller: This a main event quality match, ladies and gentlemen! Both of these women are showing they are at the top of their craft!

Allie Queen: I can’t believe Fury kicked out of the British Power.

Paige got to her feet and dragged Fury towards a corner before picking her up. Fury went for Clothesline, but Paige ducked it and nailed Fury with a German Suplex. The crowd popped as Fury hit the mat. Paige dragged herself to the corner, and to the top rope. The front of her attire was covered in blood, as was most of her face.

Wayne Miller: She’s going for it again!

Allie Queen: Fury dodged it once already, but Paige is determined!

Paige stood atop the turnbuckle, and put her left index finger over her lips, and a hush settled over the arena. And then, the SCW World Heavyweight Champion launched herself into the air.

Wayne Miller: BLACK STAR FALLING!!!

Allie Queen: There she goes!

Instead of flipping once, Paige flipped twice in the air before hurtling toward the mat where Fury was waiting, still dazed. Flesh met flesh and a groan was heard. Paige hooked Fury’s leg, and the referee dropped to his knees to begin the count.

1……………2……………3!!!
The bell rang as the crowd went crazy.

Wayne Miller: That’s it! This one is over!

Allie Queen: Paige Lewis has just defeated The Wrath of the Desert, Fury! Paige Lewis Wins!

Paige rolled away from Fury and lay on her back as Anne began making the announcement.

Anne Carpenter: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner, the SCW World Heavyweight Champion…PAIGE LEWIS!!

WINNER: PAIGE LEWIS
As The SCW World Heavyweight Championship was laid next to Paige, she remained laying down. The Arena then went dark as We Can Be Saved by Jeff Beal began playing.

Wayne Miller: Hey! Is that…

Allie Queen: That’s Princess Kiya’s music! We haven’t seen her in ages!

After about thirty seconds, the lights slowly came on, dimly. Then, a figure walked out onto the stage and began walking towards the ring. It was the raggedly woman, now known as Princess Kiya, Paige Lewis’ mentor. The tall woman climbed into the ring upon reaching it. Fury was on her feet now, and the two women locked eyes.

Wayne Miller: Oh no…

Allie Queen: I’d hate to see this go down!

And then, Fury wasn’t alone. The SCW International Heavyweight Champion slid into the ring and stood at her side, staring at Princess Kiya. Fury turned and looked at Jessica Tendonin, shocked to see her.

Wayne Miller: Holy Shit! Jessica Tendonin is the only person to ever defeat Paige Lewis, and she did it after competing in another match earlier the same night. As for Fury, there is no love lost between those two women, either, with issues between their families going back years.

Allie Queen: This smells fishy! What if they all jump Fury right here and now?

Princess Kiya helped Paige to her feet, and handed her the SCW World Heavyweight Championship, and the pair exited the ring, eyeing the two hispanic women in the ring. When they were gone, Fury and Jessica turned to each other. Jessica grinned before backing away and exiting the ring, going back into the crowd.

Wayne Miller: What was that about?!

Allie Queen: I don’t know, but one thing is for sure, they both want what Paige has…the SCW World Heavyweight Championship.

The Cameras fade back in from commercial break when suddenly Sucker Punch by Korn featuring Skrillex blasts over the PA systems and no one has any idea who it is. The Being walks down down the ramp wearing an Mask and a Black hoodie with Black Jeans that go down all the way to the black leather wrestling boots. The being gets in to ring and then signals for a mic and then speaks into the mic testing testing testing. But the voice you can’t tell that if this being is mail nor female the voice sounds almost robotic. But speaks anyways.

Masked_Avenger_2.jpg

????????????: For those of you who don’t know who I am My name is Masked Avenger. For those who want to know who I am it is for me to know and you to find out if and when I am ready to reveal myself. Til then all you in the SCW crowd will bow to me your superior and watch as I slay all my foes and all your so called heroes in the art of wrestling. You can love me hate me hate me I don’t care I am here to do one thing and one thing only and that is cleanse this roster of pretenders. Champions who do not deserve championships. Contenders that think they are the greatest thing in the world when one could simply not comprehend what I am capable of. I have wrestled around the globe and have never got treated with the respect I deserve. That brings me to SCW and this is where I will take no for an answer everyone in the back and most of all you people sitting in the seats will respect me I demand it. And that which I demand will be returned with better matches than you have ever seen here in SCW History.

The Masked Avenger pauses for a moment.

The Masked Avenger: All your minds are corrupt and I am here to Avenge myself and my credibility as a Wrestler and performer. My Message has been set but not yet delivered my intentions will be clear very soon. Until the wait till I make my in ring debut at Overdrive 49. See Ya there!!!

The Masked Avenger drops the mic and Sucker Punch by Korn featuring Skrillex blasts over The PA systems as the crowd boos and Masked Avenger left the ring and walked through the crowd.

Allie Queen: That was bizarre to say the least.

Wayne Miller: SCW is full of characters, I tell you.

Anne Carpenter: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is our main event of the evening, and it is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, he is the number one contender for the SCW Alternative Championship…Jonathan Mills!

Storm by Devin Townsend began playing through the arena sound system, and a few seconds later, Jonathan Mills came out on stage. Rubbing his hands together, he made her way down the ramp. Reaching the ring, he climbed in and nodded as he looked around the arena.

Allie Queen: Mills in his second match here in SCW, after debuting just one show ago, where he won a shot at the Alternative Championship!

Wayne Miller: Yes, and tonight, he has a chance to keep the momentum going. But Brian Kennedy is riding high after taking Alzy Hawkshaw down.

Mills paced as his music faded.

Anne Carpenter: And his opponent, from Canton, Ohio, he is one half of the SCW World Tag Team Champions…Brian Kennedy!

He stops and turns back towards the crowd and jumps over the top rope and stands in the middle of the ring, he looks around and drops the sledge hammer and flexes as the flashes flow throughout the arena.

Allie Queen: We’re about ready to get this thing going here, and we know two people in the back who should be watching closely.

Wayne Miller: Oh yeah, Emily Desmond, who is set to defend the Alternative Championship against Mills, and Paige Lewis, who knows she could very well wind up defending the SCW World Heavyweight Championship against Brian Kennedy!

As the bell rang and the SCW World Tag Team Championship was handed to the timekeeper, Kennedy and Mills met in the center. Mills threw the first punch, but Kennedy shrugged it off. The second and third, however, carried a bit more weight and Kennedy staggered backwards.

Allie Queen: Mills firing hard out the gate!

Wayne Miller: Oh calm down.

In the ring, Kennedy fired a few shots back, staggering Mills. Being the smaller of the two, Mills took the hits harder and doubled over after one to the midsection. Kennedy hit Mills from behind with a Double Axe Handle, sending him to his knees. Then, as Kennedy moved to stand in front of Mills, he was struck dangerously low in the gut.

Allie Queen: Mills better watch it! Another shot like that and the referee might get the wrong idea!

Wayne Miller: I’m gonna have to agree there.

Mills took Kennedy down with a DDT, and followed it up with several stomps. Kennedy got to his knees, and blocked a kick from Mills. Back on his feet, Kennedy whipped Mills across the ring. As Mills connected with the rope, he held on. Kennedy grunted before charging across the ring. Mills pulled the ropes down, and Kennedy went tumbling to the floor getting a pop from the crowd.

Allie Queen: Smart thinking there by Mills, as he can buy a moment of breathing.

Wayne Miller: Not if he does that!

Mills had launched himself over the top rope, and struck Kennedy with an Elbow. The pair both hit the floor again in a heap of flesh. As the referee began counting, Mills was stirring.

Allie Queen: If they don’t get moving, and back into the ring, this main event will be over!

Wayne Miller: Ballsy move by Mills, but perhaps not the best time for it.

Mills was back to his feet first, and he rolled into the ring under the bottom rope, and then back out, restarting the count. By now, Kennedy had recovered, and he rammed Mills into the ring post. Mills staggered off the ring post into a belly to belly suplex.

Allie Queen: I bet Mills is regretting taking it to the outside now.

Wayne Miller: Can’t win it from the outside.

Kennedy dragged Mills back into the ring, stopping the refs count at seven. A knee drop to the head of Mills, followed by an Elbow drop kept the SCW newcomer grounded. Kennedy got to his feet and began beating on his check with a roar.

Allie Queen: Kennedy signaling for the end!

Wayne Miller: Mills better watch out!

Mills staggered to his feet, his back turned to Kennedy. The former SCW Champion pounced, moving in like a flash. His hands around Mills’ midsection, Kennedy torqed his opponent into the air, and then back down to the mat. Then, he followed with a second German Suplex, and a third.

Allie Queen: That’s the War Cry!

Wayne Miller: We know what’s coming next!

Mills staggered to his feet, and Kennedy yanked his head to his side, put one of Mills’ arms over his neck. Then, Kennedy lifted Mills vertically into the air. Kennedy took a few steps before turning and slamming Mills to the mat. Kennedy covered Mills and the crowd began counting with the referee.

1……………2……………3!!!
Allie Queen: Kennedy wins!

Wayne Miller: Kennedy looked damn good tonight, I can’t deny it!

Anne Carpenter: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner, Brian Kennedy!

Eulogy by Tool began playing as Kennedy stood and had his hand raised. His SCW World Tag Team Championship was passed to him and he held it in the air. Mills sulked off into the crowd.

WINNER: BRIAN KENNEDY
All of a sudden, the lights go out, after a few seconds they flash several times and in the ring is Curtis with two other masked men. They are beating Brian with massive blows from sledge hammers each of them holds. The two pick Brian up and Curtis comes in with a huge blow to his face splitting Brian open. As his blood flows down his face he spits in Curtis’ face as he is leaning down talking trash.

Allie Queen: What the hell! Every fucking show this shit is happening now!

Wayne Miller:They are beating him like he stole something!

“I’m Good, I’m Good, I’m Great!”
The crowd pops as Party Monster by The Weeknd plays and Jessica and Lucius run down the ramp coming to the aid of Brian.

Allie Queen: Look and here comes Jessica and LT! Brian isn’t as alone as some of the back stage has thought!

Wayne Miller: OH MY GOD IT’S KRONIK!

Allie Queen: Kronik hasn’t been seen in a SCW Ring in Years!

Kronik jumped out of the crowd and hits the ring coming in with a huge spear on Curtis. Jessica came in and hits the first man with her International title knocking that man completely out. LT give a massive Big boot to the second masked man and then picks him up sending him to the outside. The impact can be heard throughout the arena. Kronik and LT checks on Brian as Curtis starts to stir.

Wayne Miller: DEA and Kronik manage to stop this attack, and now, Curtis has gotta be thinking about how bad of an idea this was!

Allie Queen: I think Jessica’s got something for Curtis!

Jessica is stalking Curtis as he gets to his feet she grabs him by the throat, and pumped him into the air, and then slammed him to the mat with a huge One Arm Chokeslam. Brian is getting to his feet and thanks LT and Kronik. Jessica gets Brian’s attention showing him Curtis ripe for the picking. He walks over to Curtis and picks him up. He gives the signal for the War Cry, he hits him with the first two German Suplexes, when he goes for the last he sends Curtis to the outside with the two masked men who are watching with their anger apparent.

The crowd exploded as Spotlight by Hot Tag – Media Works hit the PA system. After about ten seconds, Lewis walked out onto the stage, not wearing her signature greatcoat. The SCW World Heavyweight Championship was around her waist as she beamed to the crowd. Lewis lifted a microphone, and started with a chuckle.

Paige Lewis: Well, isn’t that nice. Kennedy getting his arse kicked yet again. Seriously, what is this, your 5th time getting jumped this year, Kennedy? And you think you’re suddenly somehow ready to face me again? Wake up, and snap out of that dream! Because if you think for one minu-

The titantron came to life, showing Mr. Walker.

Allie Queen: The Champion came out here to tease Kennedy, but it looks like the boss has something to say as well!

Wayne Miller: Oh, I think Paige is about to realize her foot is in her mouth!

Paige turned to look up at the titantron, and frowned. Mr. Walker began speaking.

Mr. Walker: Paige, champ…I’m glad you’re out there, because this announcement concerns you, as well. Now, Brian Kennedy…I told you to impress me. And…you’ve done that. So, at the next pay per view, it will be…Paige Lewis…defending the SCW World Heavyweight Championship…against Brian Kennedy!

The arena went into a frenzy as the announcement was made. Paige looked annoyed, but in the ring, Brian Kennedy was overjoyed.

Allie Queen: After years away, Kennedy is going to compete for the highest honor in SCW again!

Wayne Miller: But the question is, can he get it done!? Lewis has already bested him twice! That’s all for us, folks! Thanks for watching!

Overdrive went off the air with a split-screen of Paige Lewis and Brian Kennedy staring at each other.
